Keybord confirmation of a delete operation
When deleting an item, a pop-up windows is shown with a question to confirm the operation. The OK is preselected with a visual read button indication. To confirm you have to move the mouse to the box and select the button with a mouse click. This is very time consuming and cumbersome. I think the concept of confirming a delete of something is good. Limit of 10 combined for vendor and client portal
Why is there a limit of the number of users that can be invited to client and vendor portal? What if I have more than 10 clients, which i do. Thats why I have upgraded to enterprise for the client portal option. I might as well downgrade and not use the client and vendor portal option

Mass updating candidate statuses
Please make it easier to mass update candidate statuses. This is absurd that this program doesn't already do this... every other ATS I've used allows for selecting multiple candidates and changing their status.

Could it be a good idea to have some sort of call reminder feature for both candidate and clients? (without having to set up an event) Eg i called client x today and who asked me to call back in 1 month Could it be possible to log this in the database and then for the database to actually remind you with some sort of alert to call client x back? Email error
When we send bulk email and then send a single email we always get an error message. ZR said its the back end algorithm thinking we sending spam. But this is not the case. Has anyone else experience this? Please see the attached screenshot
Add interview via Calendly and Zapier
Hello, I have created a Zap so when a candidate book a time slot in my calendar with Calendly, Zapier creates automatically an interview into Zoho Recruit. It works well but to create the interview, it takes into consideration the name (first and last name) of the candidate to find it back into Zoho Recruit. ZohoRecruit account closed but ZohoMail account still active
I realise that when staff leave and we close their ZohoRecruit accounts, that their Mail accounts remain active. It's an additional process to close the accounts which is problematic as accessing accounts often requires an sms code (sent to the ex-staff member's phone). Has anyone else encountered this problem?
Rename template does not work
When I try to rename template in Zoho Recruit, my new name always reverts back to the original name after automatic save or tap on enter. Is there something else I am supposed to do get the new name to save properly?

Hi - The client portal is great, I have a few questions/suggestions: Discussion - this is great - but i have 2 concerns: the note type available are the entire list of note types we have internally - is there a way to restrict that as it would not be appropriate to share all our note types with clients how is the candidate/job owner notified when a note is left in discussions by a client? What is the best workflow for ZOHO RECRUIT & BROADBEAN
We are using broadbean for different paid jobboards ( reed, cvlibrary.. ) and free jobboards (find a job, adzuna...) and twitter, linkedin, facebook... i find that when 1st part of the process , posting jobs from our clients we do in broadbean as it's populate all the info for the jobboards instantly , however we want to do all the process in zoho recruit, but here we are duplicating job. how do you usually is the best work for this tools?

The time zone keeps changing on my account and it keeps asking me when I log on what my time zone is. How do I make it keep my time zone? When scheduling interviews, does the time chosen reflect the time zone? Example, I am in central american time zone and am making an appointment for pacific american time zone; will the email sent reflect the time I choose or compensate for the time difference? Hello, 1) I notice that in the column (Posting title), you've added the job opening ID in addition to the name of the client and the job title. Is there a way to delete it from there as to me, this is not useful and it makes the cell bigger, and therefore the column longer. You have to scroll much more. 2) when a role appears in the Hiring Pipeline and still does not have any associated candidates, there is an icon (person with a +) to easily associate candidate who are already into the database.

Good day! Please tell me how to add another status to the existing list of statuses. For example, I need the status "Refuse by applicant".
