HR edition for internal hires and Staffing edition for recruiting for Clients to be within Zoho Recruit together
In Zoho Recruit, you have two editions, HR edition for internal hires and Staffing edition for recruiting for Clients. It would be great to have both editions to run concurrently within Zoho recruit as we hire internally and for clients.

Copying Entries from a Custom Module to another
I created a new module named "Client Leads" so I can create a webform since I can't do it with the Clients modules. What I would like to happen is for every new entry in Client Leads, it will be created in the Clients module (mapped fields). I'm looking at creating a new Workflow but it looks like I can't do it there. I'd like to hear any workaround or if anyone encountered the same issue and found a solution. Thanks!

Hi, Could we add the possibility to send a candidate to a client or a hiring manager even without relating the candidate to a specific job? In our reality of searching for great Talent when we find one we need to send him to our client or manager for review or meeting even if we don't have a job opening. Hello, I am using an Android phone and also have the Zoho Recruit app on it. Is there a way to automatically sync (create, modify, delete) contacts from Zoho recruit (either candidates or clients or both) with my contacts on my phone. It means, a new candidate is created in Zoho recruit, his/her contact details are in my phone too (I know I can find it back with the zoho recruit app but when there is a phone, it doesn't tell me who it is, and so on) Thanks Olivier
Candidate Rating Function - useless without being able to search for candidates based on this or make reports for a client
Hello, the Candidate Rating Function is a very nice feature. authtoken seems to die
Hello, For some random reason that I can't figure out, our authtoken that we use in "searchRecords" API goes bad. When we generate a token, how long can we expect it to continue working? Is there an expiration for a token? Our site that grabs records from via the ZOHO API breaks. We get the error >>"code":"4834","message":"Invalid Ticket Id"<<. Once we generate a new token and add that to our code, everything works again. We can't have our site going down at random because of a token. Any suggestions?
Default View for Email Sent
Hi, can the default view for email sent to candidates be "ALL" instead of the current user? I have to click the dropdown menu every time so that I can see if other recruiters have already sent an email to a candidate. Thanks!
Hiring pipeline widget issue
Hello, Since the last zoho recruit update, my Hiring Pipeline widget has issues. Despite the fact I choose a list of job openings which are publish, it shows me all the job openings that I have and which are "in progress", published and non-published). I tried to log out, change the list to be displayed, etc. etc... nothing works. It still shows me all the In Progress jobs Could you fix that please? Olivier

Hi all! I am trying to run a job opening report. I get the report to run, but some of the fields that I added do not populate when the report is run. Example is the submitted candidates. Formatted resume not working
Hello, We have uploaded our Formatted/Branded resume template document and have copied and pasted the required merge field value into the template document mail merge fields as per the procedure. We then upload the template document as per the procedure. However, when we generate a formatted resume through the candidate page, the merge fields do not display the values (data) from the database even though we have used various syntax formats.

Is it possible to have three email addresses to chose one for a specific candidate to reply ? Example: I work for 3 companies A, B, and C. 5 candidate applied and i want to reply to these candidates from different "Send From " email addresses. Note - adding to multiple job openings
Hello, we would welcome an option, when adding a note to a Candidate or a Contact, to be able to add it to multiple job openings. Many times the Caniddate is presented to more job openings. When we add a note concerning a communication with the Candidate associated to more job openings, we have to enter the same note multiple times to see the note also at the particular job opening.
