In many organization, interviews are being taken by more than 1 interviewer to avoid bias judgement. Zoho recruit should provide facility to send interview schedule to more than 1 interviewer.
Emails to candidates not being tracked
Anyone here experiencing problems with tracking emails sent to candidates from Zoho Recruit? It used to work until about 2 weeks ago, where most of the emails will remain in "sent" status. I had done tests as well as received responses from candidates, but the status still shows "sent" or at best "delivered". Support is not really helpful. Their last response was 2 weeks ago saying they would look into it. Am wondering if anyone here shares the same problem.

I am currently investigating the most suitable / easy way to create automated employment reference process through wordpress, gravity forms and zoho recruit. Scenario: Candidate uploads their details. Automated email link sends them to a specific web page. They submit their employment references into a gravity form. Multiple Interviewer
It would be good to have multiple interviewer fields. In Majority of Companies - interviews been conducted by multiple interviewers i.e more than 1. In such cases still, manual intervention required to inform Interviewers.

Hi, I was looking for a way to createen download a resume pdf from the Candidate module. I receive lots of resumes but they are all different. We as a brand use a template to send them to our clients. After the upload of the client resume in Zoho, i want a function that let me download a resume in pdf or docx that is automatic formated with our branding and layout. it would save me a lot of time

Associate Candidates to Job Openings - FRUSTRATING - GRRRR :-)
Hi Zoho, When we want to associate a candidate to a job opening from the Job Opening List or Job Opening record, it brings up ALL Candidates for ALL Recruiters. If i am going to associate a candidate, it will most likely be a Recently Added or Recently Actioned Candidate that falls under me as an owner. Can we please change this so that when you look to an associate a candidate to a job opening via the job opening record or list, that it defaults to MY RECENTLY VIEWED/ACTIONED candidates? Again,

Candidate emails with more attachments (CVs) - only one gets parsed
Hello, this is a longterm problem, however, it causes a lot of time consuming manual entries. When a candidate sends an application to a job posting where there are more than 1 attachments (always) only one attachment gets really attached into attachments, others not. We are especially fighting with applications from one job board, which contain an html file which gets always parsed, but is completely useless. GDPR Consent auditing
Hi, I'm struggling with the GDPR consent process in ZoHo. I've run several test candidates and have either "consented" or "declined" to see what happens from my, and the candidates, point of view. From the candidate perspective it's clean. It would be nice to be able to edit the message a candidate sees AFTER they choose consent or decline to make it more friendly and add branding but it's ok. Original CV preview box on main record (like the Job Opening)
Instead of having to click Attachments on a record and preview to see a candidates CV from their record, it would be great if there was a preview box with their CV on the actual Candidate record main page. Anything to reduce clicks is helpful.
Candidate Module
I need to make a change in Education Detail section. Because Degree translation to spanish is not accurate for us, I need to change the field label or create a new field with the right label, but I'm not allowed to delete/change the degree field. I can't move the field to another "trash" section and I can't create a new field because of the license I have. You can see the attached ppt. What do you suggest I can do? Thank you!!
Search results filtering - copy Excel
Drop down menus / search functionality along top of results columns would be useful - currently we have a filtering list on the left hand side, which does take more time. If you can copy Bullhorn/Excel format this would be great.
Editing field data from lists
For example, if we go to the Candidates List and run a search, it would be incredibly helpful to be able to edit the fields displayed, rather than clicking on every profile individually. This was available in Bullhorn as standard and saved us a lot of time, especially if there were parsing issues.
Column Width Adjustment
It would be very useful to be able to slide / drag the width of columns in the record lists. For example in Excel or Bullhorn.

Secondary User Email Address Possible?
Is is possible to add a secondary email address to my user account? I'd like to send email/bulk email from my hello@ account from time to time (the GDPR consent email is a prime example), but at the moment I can only send from my personal work email (steve@) as it stands. PRIORITY - URGENT - Shortlisting or Tagging from Preview Pane
When we run a candidate search and use the Preview Pane (Binocular View), to review Candidates we have to individually open their profile to tag or shortlist interesting candidates. This kind of destroys the beenefits of the preview pane to an extent as you want to be be able to make an action. In bullhorn for example, you can add a tag or shortlist to a vacancy. This way if you are running a database search of 500 candidates you can quickly shortlist your favourites, then at the end go to the vacancy,

I would be useful if the window didn't close when you save a blueprint. When designing a blueprint it good to save as you progress and continually having to reopen it is frustrating

Good Morning - I can no longer associate a candidates Facebook profile with their account - when I click the facebook icon - I get the message: You cannot search a profile in Facebook. on zoho crm you attach the call recordings to the profile automatically this should also happen on zoho recruit.
GDPR Compliance & Webforms
Has anyone been able to log on and amend existing web-forms to include the new GDPR 'Compliance Information' box. I have dragged and dropped it as per the instruction but nothing happens other than header added, no further boxes are created and importantly the 'I Agree' box is missing. Please help

Is it possible to make some advanced Zoho Recruit Training to be able to fully use the system? It would be great. I am sure there so many useful things we do not use just because we do not know it is possible or we do not see the possibilities how to use them.
