Hello Zoho Forums, Does anyone have any idea how to automatically save the ip address of a visitor who is tracked on salesIQ? I'm trying to save the IP addresses of unique visitors but the only report that gives any information on it doesn't give me any addresses and furthermore I don't want to sit on salesIQ all day to manually save the addresses either. Zoho CRM integration - can't choose Lead Layout
Hi, It seems like Zoho Crm Leads created through SalesIQ are pushed directly to the Leads Standard layout. There is no option in SalesIQ settings to choose layout ( Screenshoy 114) nor inside Zoho CRM (Screenshot 115). Please comment on the situation. Thank you!

Mapping SalesIQ IPs to My Pre-Existing List
Hello! I've been using a stand-alone web traffic tool for a few years and generated my list of visitors (names matching an IP) using techniques similar to SalesIQ (campaigns or direct links, for example). Since SalesIQ lets us associate a custom name with an IP on a one-by-one case, is there a way to bulk-map them using a list like mine? That way, I won't have to do it all over for hundreds of entries... Thank you.
Tag/name a current online visitor (without waiting for a history record)
From what I understand (just started using), I can assign a custom name to a visitor in History. Why isn't it possible to do while they are still online? Say, I know who that IP belongs to and I watch them browse my site but their record is view-only until they leave the site and get listed in History. I have to keep an eye on them, wasting some of my productivity...

Hello there! I already sent a message in private to Zoho but I hope I am not alone with the problem so I post my request here aswell. We used the stars ratings system for our customer's feedback and we were really happy with it. It was simple and really precise. It was one of the arguments for choosing Zoho. We then discovered the disappearance of the stars for 3 ugly smileys (yes, I know, I can change that). But it really doesn't go with our company's image, it isn't precise and destroyed our stats.

I have made attempts at building a bot, but Zia does not work in Spanish and I only have very basic knowledge of Deluge. Keep missing chat
My desktop and mobile, both are configured to receive any online visitor who has initiated a chat. This was working perfectly. However since last 10 days, I get a notification of miss chat ONLY and do not get a notification when a visitor initiates a chat. Any idea if this is a common problem OR only I am facing. Is anyone catching the outages of SalesIQ? The past 3 mornings we have seen the live chat stop working without notice. Customers click to start a live chat and the timer counts down to :01 seconds and then nothing. Our agents aren't alerted about a live chat. We first saw this issue on Black Friday, so not sure if ZoHo is not able to scale with the demand of the season. My question is when we have multiple agents online at once and they are sending out canned messages to prospects who are online but haven't responded so a chat isn't started yet. How do we know which prospects have had a canned message sent to them and which ones haven't. Static Chat link and hidden chat sticker issue

As we have controls all over the screen, having a always present bubble is not an option, so instead, we want to have a static button in a certain place that launches the Chat. I am creating a Zobot script using Zia Skills for Lead Generation. This includes an Action that collects some user inputs to give user specific outputs through the Execution Function. For example, the problem goes like this: Once the action is triggered, the visitors are asked few questions. One of the questions is whether they have a appeared for a particular exam. Add option to Block IP address range
At the moment you can only block individual IP addresses. Spammers can come from multiple IP addresses which are assigned dynamically by their internet provider. It would be easier and faster to limit them by being able to block an IP address range than entering individual addresses. The bot would be a fill in the blank intro. (Name, phone, last 4 of SSN, reason for contact). I would like this to be during online hours, and another bot for offline hours (Name, phone, email, Call me back or email me back options).
Is there a way to add a high priority to chats
I was interested to know if there was a way to set a flag on an account, and if they were to chat in we would be notified this customer is high priority, either with a popup or by changing the chat a different color so it can be distinguished from other chats? If this is not available can you please send this to the devs as a request.
