Hello, I am checking to see if there is a way to set a canned message on Zoho SalesIQ to pop up after an amount of time has lapsed? Like if a customer is on our site for 5 minutes a specific canned message pops up automatically.
How do I add a visitor to my CRM
How do I tie up a visitor who I have not web chatted with to a Zoho CRM contact/lead. On numerous occasions I have had visitors online who call me on the phone at the same time, so I can identify them in SaleIQ. I want to add them to my CRM/tie them up to existing leads in my CRM but I cannot find a way to do this without them having to chat with me via the SalesIQ plug in first. Is it possible to do this without the web chat?

Hi there, I would like to create a rule for my lead scoring strategy. One thing I can't seem to see, is how i can assign a URL with a score. If a lead looks at a certain product, I would like a score to be assigned to that. Is this possible? It seems like such a simple thing, it must be possible, right?

Google Tag Manager Suddenly Stopped Loading the Chat Code
I noticed this morning that Google Tag Manger will no longer load the chat code correctly. When the code is hard coded into the page it works fine. But when I use GTM on my Joomla site with the chat code in that container the chat function is broken. Is anyone else seeing this suddenly? When I went in to repost the code into GTM Google said that I had to allow document.write. Never had to do this before. Perhaps it's something that Google changed.

Tracking ZOHO Campaign traffic in SalesIQ
I'm having trouble using "Smart Identifiers" and the Campaign link. The Smart Identifier doesn't seem to work correctly, it shows the first and last names as FNAME and LNAME even though there is a First and Last name in the contact information. SalesIQ Pre Chat Survey Customization
Hello, I am working on dynamically qualifying leads. What I would like to do is this: Add a custom field asking if the leads a business or residential. I have done this successfully on chat using customfield.add(). This is the part I am having difficultly with - (1) Is it possible to add a second custom field dynamically based on the "residential" value entry? I believe this is possible with the callback feature but I was unable to find sample code. (2) Once the customer indicates they are "residential"
Do not track certain IP's
Is there a way to not track certain IP, so that it would not count against the monthly sessions? For instance, there is no reason to count my personal IP since I am developing the site, but will be on it daily. Also, the IP of the business itself, owner and IP like that would add against the allotment, but not be beneficial for use or statistics. Thanks! Milo

Edit/Associate a visitor manually
I am testing the SalesIQ system. If website visitor happens to call us instead of using the web chat or web form, is there a way the person that is speaking with them can manually click the visitorID and either make them a new lead or associate them with a contact/lead in ZohoCRM manually? It's not a perfect system, because they might link the wrong visitor, but it's one of the only ways to capture the original lead source (adwords, etc) for offline phone calls.
Web embed on multi language wordpress website
I have a multi language website (based on Wordpress) and as far as I read, the web embed should automatically translate text based on the visitor browser language. In my testing, this is should work fine, if it weren't for the fact some custom texts are not translated. How can I roll back this "custom" texts to the default values? What is the limitation for "Embed on 1 website"
Hi, I am confused about the features listed in SalesIQ, on the free version (which depending on this feature, is all I need right now) it says I can 'Embedded on 1 website' Does this mean I am limited to 1 literal page (ie: www.mysite.com/about.html) or am I able to put it on all pages on a domain. Chat not connecting
We have recently started using Sales IQ and found that if a visitor initiates a chat the chat function works flawlessly, however, if we try to initiate a chat with a visitor the chat box in the visitors browser just says 'connecting....' and never connects. how do i fix this?
Only on Chrome, the site is reporting a message URL not configured
When loading the chat of the SalesIQ only on Chrome appears the message "URL not configured" instead of the buttom. The Iframe with the widget address is present, but a short table marckup with the message is rendered instead of the actual widget.

All the good time. I use the Russian for a chat in Firefox everything is OK , but if you open the site in chrome chat shows English translations. How can I improve ? Ps. I tested on different desktop .
