What is the limitation for "Embed on 1 website"
Hi, I am confused about the features listed in SalesIQ, on the free version (which depending on this feature, is all I need right now) it says I can 'Embedded on 1 website' Does this mean I am limited to 1 literal page (ie: www.mysite.com/about.html) or am I able to put it on all pages on a domain. (ie: mysite.com/index.html & mysite.com/services.html & mysite.com/about.html & mysite.com/contact.html) Thank you, -Addison

Chat not connecting
We have recently started using Sales IQ and found that if a visitor initiates a chat the chat function works flawlessly, however, if we try to initiate a chat with a visitor the chat box in the visitors browser just says 'connecting....' and never connects. how do i fix this?
Only on Chrome, the site is reporting a message URL not configured
When loading the chat of the SalesIQ only on Chrome appears the message "URL not configured" instead of the buttom. The Iframe with the widget address is present, but a short table marckup with the message is rendered instead of the actual widget.
Changing the language of chrom
All the good time. I use the Russian for a chat in Firefox everything is OK , but if you open the site in chrome chat shows English translations. How can I improve ? Ps. I tested on different desktop .

chat unable to connect
I've installed the float window snippet in the site autohome.mx and it worked fine for some time but now, every time someone send a message, I receive the notification and reply, but the chat window in the customer side keeps showing the message "Connecting..." and they never see my replies. I'm using the wordpress plugin to insert the code by copying and pasting from the configuration page of salesiq.zoho.com. Inaccurate visitor tracking with ajax loaded content
Hi, I'm working on implementing SalesIQ into our website, but I noticed that the tracking is not always detecting when a visitor changes page. Sometimes it completely misses a page change, other times it will notice that the page has changed but does not update the title of the page - although it does at least notice the URL change. I thought that the problem could be that the website loads pages via ajax after the initial load and uses history.pushState() to update the address bar, but I found

Integrating ZOHO Campaigns & SalesIQ to assign one number per visitor
Hello! We have successfully integrated SalesIQ and campaigns together, so that when someone clicks on the link in campaigns, they track in our SalesIQ with their first and last name. However, when that visitor goes to a different webpage, they are assigned a new number. Is there a way to keep their name associated with their visit when going to a different page from campaigns? Multiple criteria for a priority circle
Can I have multiple criteria for each of the 4 priority circles....for example, circle 1 would show only visitors from the United States who have viewed 2 pages, circle 2 only United States and 5 pages, etc. If yes, how do I do this? Thanks.

How to track visitors not opening a chat & not using a Zoho webform
Hi there, I would like to populate the visits data in zoho CRM to all leads, not only the ones initiating a chat. In addition I can't use the Zoho CRM webform, as our registration form asks the lead to choose a password. make it easier for customers to close the chat window (and leave feedback)
Right now, when the customer wants to leave the Chat, they probably just close the window using the browser's close command, i.e. hitting the X at the top-right, or hitting Ctrl-F4, Ctrl-W, or Alt-F4. This makes it very unlikely that the customer will leave feedback (ratings). The way Zoho SalesIQ provides for closing the chat is to hit the little + button, then hit the On/Off button. Only then will they get to the feedback/ratings screen. I find it unlikely that customers will do that. My suggestion

We have a customer who is using both Zoho Support and Zoho SalesIQ to support their customers. They are asking if you can please add the same Happiness Ratings from Zoho Support into Zoho SalesIQ? They don't like the star-ratings either, and they prefer to use the Happiness Ratings in both support channels. best regards,
Reports > Visitor Regions should have better granularity
In the Reports screen, a useful report to us is the map which shows where the users are coming from. However, as a national government service agency, all of our users come from the same country. Therefore, the report showing the world divided into countries is not useful. What would be very extremely useful to us is to see which cities/regions are users come from. Hi, I noticed that other zoho services can be domain mapped to a clients URL. I have had numerous requests from clients to have a live chat application domain mapped to their domain - in effect white labeling the operators online portal. Can this be done? Problem with vistor time on site.
Hi there, could you explain why the time spent by visitor on site is calculated even if the visitor left the website? We performed 2 tests: a) Incognito session b) Proxy session In both cases, the visitor after leaving the page, closing Google Chrome, was still on the "radar" and the time was calucalted. Avarage time spent on site with comparision to the Google Analytics is dramatically different. Looking for your reply. JD.

Tracking a website visitor
Everytime someone comes back I can see the history of where they have gone. The pages and for how long. To make Sales IQ useful for our company that is something we would need to be able to track. I also just noticed as people come up for the first time it tells you if they came from bing, google etc. That would also help.
Auto-start the chat
I have looked at your API, but haven't found how to do it. i wish to have the chat embed windows auto-start. So the user wouldn't have to click start, it would start ringing the agent automatically. Would be great if you can guide me. Many thanks.
Inaccurate SalesIQ Visitor Tracking?
Just got an email; Alert! Zoho SalesIQ Visitor Tracking Limit Exceeded. Believe me, I would love to have over 100k visitors, but it simply isn't correct. I have google analytics installed on the web property and it reads 33,000 visitors for the same month. With Google Analytics as an industry standard and independent 3rd party, I am inclined to believe it is more accurate. To add injury to insult, SalesIQ no longer supports visitor tracking for the rest of the month... Has anyone else seen inaccuracy
Bug on internet explorer
Hello, I have started the integration of zoho SalesIQ on Monday but it looks we are experiencing some troubles. A part of our javascript scripts seems to crash. After a little research. We are having problems on all versions off internet explorer from at least v6 to 9. Internet explorer 11 seems to work fine, firefox and chrome are, as expected, imperturbable. See attachment for details. What can I do ? At this moment, I had no choice but to delete zoho salesIQ from my website.
WordPress bug
I installed IQ plugin for WordPress and followed instructions but it broke my homepage slider (removed it completely) ....Was too afraid it might break something else on the site so I deactivated it. Upon installation it also said there was 6 lines of unexpected code with the new installed app and if it broke anything to deactivate the plugin.
