When can I import an excel larger than 10mb?
Now we cant reference a cell from different xls ,the only way is copy ,but the restriction 10mb is too small in such a big data time.

Deleting rows from Spreadsheets
Ever since the update, I have been unable to find a way to delete unneeded rows from my spreadsheet. Where did this function go? I see where I can add them, but I have searched everywhere for the delete function! Not talking about data within the cells, but the rows themselves... Thanks!
Numbering on spreadsheet not working like exel
I am trying to renumber a column from sporadic numbers to a sequential set. 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. When I highlight then all and go to the bottom right corner, like on excel and when I drag it down to fill, it sets everything to the first number I selected. So from in this example, it does NOT go to 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 etc, it turns everything to 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 What's going on here? I have A LOT of numbering to do and this will get very cumbersome. Thanks

How to call a macro from VBA sheet code?
I've seen it written elsewhere that you can call a macro from the 'Worksheet_Change' event. However when I try inserting the syntax: Call My_Macro() within the editor, this results in a dialog box that says "Click a Macro to run." When I click the named macro, the code executes. However, outside of the editor, the complete code doesn't execute. How to remove hyperlinks to all cells in a column
If you select a cell or group of cells with hyperlinks you will usually have the option to "Remove Hyperlink..." from the right click menu. However, this is not consistent if you select an entire column of cells. Is there a command, shortcut, or any method to remove all hyperlinks from a column or even the entire spreadsheet?
Adding a contact in Sheets
Hi All. So in Sheets I am up and running and sharing with some members. People are showing up as Collaborators and can chat with them in the Collaborator window on the right. The "Chats Channels and Contacts" Tabs on the very bottom left corner I managed to add one contact by searching but cant seem to add any more. Any tips appreciated. Cheers Mark
Sheet sharing limitations
Hi, Setup a spreadsheet to share. Tried to share with another email and get the error "you organisation policy doesn't allow you to share with the below user" and "To continue sharing please contact administrator" I am the administrator as far as I can see. I am using the free version. It says allows up to 25 user ? Why wont it let me share with more than 5 ? In my organisation profile has the Organisation Name I set, Me as the super admin. Plan free Number of Licences up to 25. Am I missing something
Zoho sheet feedback
After using the Zoho writer, I am quite impressed with it. But other Zoho docs products are quite unintuitive. Just started to use Zoho sheet but found it sub-par compare to Google Sheets. Its UI is not well thought and is quite boring to use. Just take the below case and compare it with Google sheet. Below are from Google sheet This was a simple case. Where is Lock Cells function in toolbar
I am unable to find a way to lock cells and/or formulas. Also the formulas that I have sometimes delete or change themselves without my input. I can do a spreadsheet, close and the next time I open it the formulas have moved around on the page referencing different cells then originally intended.

Spreadsheet FALSELY says column limit of 256 has been reached
I am trying to add a column to a simple ZOHO DOCS spreadsheet that currently only has data in column A-T. When I add 'insert column' the pop-up message tells me I have reached the 256 column limit. Clearly I have not. I wonder if highlighting a whole row blue has caused this error?? I have attached a screen shot.\ When I delete the 'u' 'w' or 'v' columns, the problem does not resolve. Can anyone advise a workaround? Less than 24 columns is nothing to work with. Thank you LBB

Conditional Formatting not working anymore
I don't know when exactly in the last days in really happend, but Conditional Formatting as I was using quite a long time is not working on some sheets on some cells anymore. What looks strange: When I hover over the range of a conditional rule, it shows "SheetName.SheetName.Range" and not "SheetName.Range" When I click on "Edit" to edit a rule which is not working correctly, it does not enter the modify windows but displays an error message "Gültigen Bereich festlegen", translated "determine valid

Working offline in Sheet / Show
I'm using offline access in Writer, which is fantastic, and useful etc. I've seen some notes in the forums about how a future version of sheet will support offline access, and I was wondering if there was a date planned for this new release, as it will enable me to use Zoho almost exclusively.
strange beheaviour of conditional formating
I have a roster in a zoho sheet. I want every teacher to appear in the roster to have its own color. So I made 7 rules, on for every teachter for example: `tabname`.C5:I442 and in the condition the name of the tracher. This works fine but.... Whenever I change or copy something, zoho sheet makes a new rule for just that cell, ahusting my original rule, preventing the earlier rules to work correct. The result is that the condtional formating is not working on all the places anymore After 10 or so

Unable to connect to messaging service
HI , I get this message when I open a Zoho Sheet. The funny thing is that when I open the file from my mobile phone, it opens ok. But when opening it from the desktop, errors appear on the formulas and the "Unable to connect to messaging service" appears. Can you help ? Auto populated sheet data from a form (zoho sheets)
Having created a form with 5 variables, I have decided I don't want the 2nd, 3rd or 4th variables anynore and have deleted them from the form, which has deleted them form the sheet. This leaves me with the 1st and what was the 5th variable on the form. In the sheet I have timestamp, user, then variable 1, then three empty cells, then variable 5. How can I tell the form to enter var5' data in the cell immediately after var1, I have A B C
Zoho Sheet and Freeze Panes
I am opening an Excel workbook in Zoho sheet. The workbook has images in the top rows of cells. When I freeze panes, the images disappear. The images reappear when Unfreeze is selected. Is there a way to make this behave as it does in Excel, where the images remain visible regardless of Freeze?

Split Function
Hi, Is the a split or equivalent function available? Here is what I'm trying to accomplish. If a cell has 5 names (John, Bob, Larry, James, David) I want a count of the names. In Google docs, I accomplished this by doing =counta(split(A1,",")) It's hacky but it works.
