Zoho Sign - expire_by date format
Trying to write a function to extend the expiry date on Zoho Sign by 3 days. When reading data, the expiry date appears as follows: "expire_by": 1522866540000 Reading this and turning it in to a standard date format is fine. How can I take a standard date and convert it in to this format? Kind regards Matt
Zoho Flow / Zoho Sign - Null Values
I have a CRM webhook that passes data to Zoho Sign via Zoho Flow. If CRM fields are empty, the webhook passes null values to Flow. When the sign document is received, rather than showing empty fields, it leaves the field name in. This makes the document look unprofessional and causes the signer to have to delete information. Is this is a mistake I am making or is it a problem with integrating in this way?

Hi, Zoho Sign uses Public Key Cryptography which means there is a pair of public key and private key involved in every signing. If I send a document for a non-zoho user to sign, what would be the private key of the non-zoho user? If authority comes and asks about the validity of the signature. what can we show? Zoho Flow: Zoho Sign - Document Received - Template Fields
I have a Zoho Sign template that gets sent out by Zoho Flow. It has a number of fields on it. The default value of those fields is set via Zoho Flow from CRM. When the signer has completed the document, I want to be able to update the CRM with any amended fields, with an approval process in there too. I cannot seem to access the fields when the document has been returned though. Is this possible or do we have to have users manually checking signed forms to see if there have been changes?

Is it possible to have the date a Sign documented is completed pre-populate a CRM date field? Example, customer signs document in Sign and that date pre-populates a CRM date field called "date agreement signed" Because next, I want to set up a Writer template that pulls that CRM date field into that template.

Is it possible to get the PDF file of a signed document and upload it to OneDrive using APIs. I want to indicate with code the destination folder when a document is signed. User Specific Automation WITHOUT API

Hi, Zoho Sign has recently received an integration with Workdrive, which means you can import a Workdrive document into Zoho Sign before setting it up for e-signature. (Screenshot 43). The problem is that this new integration is not available for the Zoho Sign Extension for Zoho CRM. The only options available for adding a document are: Desktop, CRM attachments, and CRM documents. How to obtain link instead of sending mail to client

Refresh token not appearing
Hello, I was wondering if there is another way of obtaining a refresh token, as following the usual 60-second-code procedure generates a new access token, but not the refresh token, and so i have to repeat everything to get a new token every hour or so, which of course is highly inconvenient, plus i'm trying to incorporate zoho sign into an app, and so this is a no go. Hello, I am having a problem that seems to be random. I am creating a deal, when selecting the "send for zoho sign" button, i make sure I add the contacts and select "In person sign" options. It sometimes does show the "pass control" screen that effectively allows the parties to sign in person, however it sometimes doesnt and instead sends via email. Sometimes I have to do 2 or 3 times before it finally shows the "pass control" screen. Is there a way to just always show the "pass control" screen
