How to show multi-select options from deal in a pdf?
Hello, using zoho sign to show details that have been selected on a deal to show up on pdf. For example, i have a Multi-Select field with several options, and when using Zoho Sign I would like those options selected to appear on pdf (to be signed). I am including the following tag in the pdf form ("Service type "is the name of the multi select field in the deal form) Services will include: {{Multi-Select:Service Type}} I have also tried Services will include: {{Multi-Select:Recipient1:Service Type}}

Zoho Sign - speed - significant delays
Hi - In using Zoho Sign today in building documents for signature, the service has been incredibly slow. Specifically when adding fields into a document for signature. I have tried using both Chrome and Firefox and have cleared out cache and rebooted and the issue still continues. I am not having the issue with any other Zoho apps either. Can you advise on this? Hello all, I would like to use Zoho Sign to allow customers that come into place of business to immediately sign a disclaimer prior to getting service. From the tutorials and guides, it seems the form would need to be emailed out first. Is it possible to be signed without having to be emailed out? Legal Disclosure Box and Verify Identity Pages
These pages are confusing. The Verify identity page has a button that says "Proceed to sign", Some customers may think they are being forced to sign, whereas the documents we send are informational with an option to sign. The "Proceed to sign" but should either be customisable, or should be named "View Document". The legal disclosure overlay should be optional not default. It is also very confusing. It is headed "verify and sign", This makes customers think they are signing the legal disclosure!

Error code 4010 when submitting document for signature - what does it mean?
I get this error when I submit a document for signature using the API: {"code":4010,"message":"No field exists for the selected action","status":"failure"} Can you help me understand what this means? Sending invoice automatically when a contract is signed by client.
So we create am invoice for a contact when they are interested in purchasing a product. We send the client the contract via ZohoSign Documents. As soon as the client signs the contract we want the invoice to be sent to the client automatically. Can this be done via a workflow? I can't work out how. Thanks, Chris
