Access Codes
I cannot seem to find a way to denote a specific access code for the recipient to enter. For example, can I designate the code to be the last four or six digits of their SS#? Or any number or code? I don't want to contact them to give them the code, I want the Sign request to tell them to "Please enter the last 6 digits of your SS#"
Zoho Sign - Draw Only Option
I'm trying to figure out if there is any option that only allows my customers to draw their signature only? Maybe it becomes the first in order instead of "typing" your name to generate one. I'm trying to not have my client's type and generate but rather have a more organic signature, if you will. i'm not sure if this is possible but maybe someone can shed light. Thanks in advance.

Edit document before sending
I often need to make minor changes to a contract on a per-deal basis. I wish I could to start a "Send for Zoho Sign" process for a given deal by using a pre-populated template, but make those changes before sending it. I see no way to do this other than to first create a new document any time I need to make those changes then use the "Add Document" functionality rather than "Use Template." Can you integrate Zoho Sign with Zoho CRM?
Is it possible to send documents to sign right from a prospect in Zoho CRM? For example, at the law firm I work at I sometimes use docusign to send retainer agreements but I have to go into a separate app to do so. I think it would be amazing if it is possible to do this straight from Zoho CRM.
Multiple Recipients
I see that I can add recipients to a document, but that appears to mean multiple people can sign the SAME document. But if I want 10 people to sign their own version of a document, is there an easy way to accomplish this? Or do I have to go to Templates and create a document from there 10 different times with those individual recipients? Thanks!

When using Zoho Sign - does signature have the same legal validity and enforceability?
We use zoho sign to have our clients sign approvals etc. We used another service that stated they were in compliance to make sure that the signature has the same legal validity and enforceability as paper records and handwritten signatures. They kept saying it had to do with the software system. Does Zoho sign comply with any of this? Or whats you take on this issue? We want to make sure that if anything happens and if we need to goto court - the signature will be valid in front of a judge. Thanks,
ZOHO-Forms integration
Am I correct in understanding that there is no integration with ZOHO-Forms? It would be so great to be able to use ZOHO-Forms and have it signed by the recipient! Or, alternatively, to import a Form into ZOHO-Sign and work from there.

In the knowledge-section of ZOHO-Sign I read that a (in ZOHO-Sign) signed document has the same legal validity as a hand-signed paper document. I just wanted to verify that this is also the case in the Netherlands. In short: Is a form signed through ZOHO-Sign legally binding in the Netherlands?

Why do templates have different field capabilities for signers and recipients?
If I set up a template, I can select to have the customer/client fill in their full name, and many other fields. But, when I select myself, I can only fill in: initial, date, signature, and "text". Why can't I have the same options as the recipient? Or at least let me fill in my own name....leaving it as a free form text field can introduce errors. Ideal: parity between what a customer fills in and what I fill in. Acceptable: Add in "full name' in the template for the intra-business user.

Hi Zoho, Zoho Sign looks great and we would like to implement that into the current Zoho applications we are using. Quick question: Will it be integrated into Zoho CRM plus? Also I would like to use it for example for on and offboarding and have users set tick boxes for example. Will they be integrated in the future besides the current fields? Also fields like Firstname / Surname could be added instead of just full name. The ideal option would be to have custom fields that can be set.

HI ! I am VERY happy to see Zoho Sign as part of the Zoho ONE integration! We can hopefully ditch our $50/month signing platform in fair of this. One question: We have a nondisclosure form, and a terms and conditions form that we send out to many/all clients. It would be nice to have those documents reside in Zoho, with the fields already set up, so that we do not have to manually assign each field each time....that makes the chance of missing a field higher, which could be legally bad for us.
