What's the easiest way to request access to my clients' social media account through Zoho Social?
I am looking for the most effcient way of doing this rather than just requesting access to their pages and what not. Anyone got any ideas on this?
Posting Error
I am unable to schedule a post hours from now. I keep getting an error message saying the time has elapsed however, the time chosen is a few hours from today.
Schedule different days for each platform
Is there a way to upload a video or photo and schedule it for facebook, instagram, twitter, and google, but then schedule it for different days for each platform? The reason is I want to upload a video but then have it publish on different days on different platforms. The only way I see I can do this is to have to reupload the video and do a separate scheduled post for each platform.
CRM Integration
I just purchased the standard upgrade in Social to get CRM integration. I also purchased the Standard CRM option as well. However I don't see the add to CRM button or CRM integration column in Monitor. I am missing an obvious setting somewhere to employ this. Both of the purchased items indicate CRM integration from Social to CRM in the comparison charts. I see to that I was given a free 30 day Pro Plan for Social as well. Any help would be appreciated

I am trying to give my marketing manager access to the Social tab that we have set up. 2 brands. When he goes to the social app he is prompted to make a new brand. Deleting him and adding him back didnt work. Also, none of our leads are syncing to CRM. Please help.
Plan Features changed / Downgraded and still got charged for premium plan
I`ve had the Professional plan since october. I has 3 brands + 1 complement brand to the plan all for $60 a month. This month my membership got canceled due to a credit card issue so i repurchased the professional plan. The thing is the features changed and now it now only supports one brand so it is no use to me. Now I have to pay $55 for one brand + 1 complement brand. Tried downgrading to the standard plan and it did immediately but now i've already been charged the $55 dollars for the premium
crm lead / contact owner on Social
Dear Zoho Social Team, After integrated Zoho Social and Zoho Crm, the contact from Facebook has been added by user to lead/ contact and it belongs to them. Lead Ad Creation
I am trying to create a Facebook lead ad in Z social. After creating the add and clicking promote I am given an error message that says our page has not accepted the terms of service for lead advertising. We have accepted the terms. Facebook support says the issue is with Z social.

zSocial is missing three key components that are available on most of the other popular social media management platforms 1. Posting from an RSS Feed 2. Post video 3. Cannot find posts on my instagram account
I am scheduling posts for confluencr, The posts are scheduled on Instagram, Facebook, and twitter they are visible only on Facebook and twitter, i cannot find my posts on Instagram although the post number shows Increase with every post, but i cannot find the post.

More review management!
I really like the idea of managing social within Zoho One because we can encorporate our internal task management, CRM, customer data and support tickets to it... BUT, without proper review management, its dead in the water for us. We still need to manage our social, as well as our clients social and reputation management from other social management SaaS. PLEASE consider adding review site monitoring and repsonses from Google my Biz, Facebook, Trip Adviser, Opentable, what ever else you can add.
How do we delete drafts from a previous employee?
We have removed a user from our account as they no longer work with our company. This user still had post drafts saved - but we now we cant delete them. Any ideas on how we do this??

When I was trying out Zoho Social, I thought the CustomQ feature was great and later signed up for a paid plan. Was dismayed to find out that CustomQ is in the Professional plan, not Standard. I literally don't need any of the other features in the Professional plan. Would you please include CustomQ in Standard?

Hi, I've just got my first scheduled LinkedIn post published and found that the image I included has been resized. It's lower in height and has a lot of blank space on either side (attached). Is there anyway to sort draft posts by creation date, for easier browsing?, since I have hundreds of posts in the draft posts section and each time I have to go down for a while to reach to the oldest post to start scheduling it.
