Browser extension action icon missing for some websites
When visiting some websites, the red Z icon for auto fill and login is missing. e.g. 1 - Browser extension doesn't recognise GST India tax filing portal. https://services.gst.gov.in/services/login I saved the password with name gst.gov.in and URL https://services.gst.gov.in/. e.g. 2 - Browser extension doesn't recognise GoDaddy login page. https://sso.godaddy.com/ I saved the password with name godaddy.com and URL https://mya.godaddy.com/. Zoho BETA Vault is really slow to respond

Allow symbols in URL
Many URLs contain symbols. Your system blocks saving essential characters vertical bar | and exclamation mark ! in URL. It's not necessary to block such essential characters. For example, many Amazon Web Services URLs contain symbols. LastPass allows symbols in URL.
Allow password name search by multiple partial strings separated by spaces
Browser extension's search requires an exact match for multiple whole strings separated by spaces. That needs to be improved to allow searching by multiple partial strings separated by spaces. For example, suppose I have saved a password with the name 'google.com - personal'. Now if I want to find this in my Zoho Vault that contains lots of google passwords, I have to search for 'google.com - personal'. I have to remember the precise sequential characters that I need to search for, which is unhelpful.
Copy URL
When user is viewing a password entry in the online vault and browser extension, please add a single-click action for copying URL to clipboard. LastPass has this feature, albeit with a right-click context menu.
Never URL
The browser extension has limited features for Never Save (you can't directly add an entry). And these settings don't exist in the online vault. Need comprehensive online and offline settings to add/modify/delete turn-off of Zoho Vault on specific sites. Types: - Never add site - Never generate password - Never fill forms (when you add a form fill function!) - Never auto login - Never autofill application - Never show context icons - Never do anything Lastpass has this feature.
Full page browser extension
Zoho Vault browser extension for Chrome is a small menu accessed by clicking on the plug-in icon. This is useful, but what we really need is a full-page browser extension which works offline as well as online. LastPass has this. It's really helpful and fast for working with a large number of passwords when offline. Can create/edit/delete/move passwords, and edit settings, and it automatically syncs to the online vault. It's pretty much identical to the online vault - it has nearly all the same features
Show count of passwords after folder name
In the new UI, it would be great to see the number of passwords contained in a folder, after the folder's name. e.g. Social (11) LastPass has this. Currently in Zoho Vault I have to click on a folder to see the count.
Folders inline with passwords, with expand and collapse options
In the new UI of your online vault, in the Passwords page, the Folders appear on the left, and Passwords appear on the right. It would be great to also have a merged view which shows the folders inline with the passwords, and allow expanding and collapsing of individual folders or all folders with a single click. LastPass has this in their online vault and offline full page browser extension vault.
Instant search in online vault
Search is slow, even in the new UI. I have to enter a search string and then hit enter to search for it. It seems to be sending a request to your server. Need instant search, to show results as I type characters. That can be done on the client side, no need to send the query to your server. - Online vault - LastPass has instant search. Zoho Vault does not. - Full page browser extension - LastPass has instant search, regardless of whether user is offline or online. Zoho Vault does not have a full
Drag and drop
Critical functionality missing, even in the new UI. Need to be able to move passwords (secrets) between folders (chambers) using drag and drop. LastPass has this. It's a single click. Currently in Zoho Vault it takes five clicks to edit a password's folder.
Allow symbols in name
Our convention is to put the main part of the url as the name e.g. we store 'google.com' rather than 'Google'. Your system blocks essential characters like / (forward slash) in name. It's not necessary to prevent from adding such essential characters. For example: airvistara.com is a different login to airvistara.com/gst - but Zoho Vault won't allow me to save an entry with the name airvistara.com/gst because it contains a forward slash. Very unhelpful. LastPass allows it.
Show username in list view in mobile app and browser extension
Currently list views are as follows: Online vault: shows name on the first line and username on the second line. Browser extension: shows name only. Please add the username on the second line. LastPass has this. Mobile app: shows name only. Please add the username on the second line. LastPass has this.
Allow duplicate names
We have multiple entries for the same site. We want to put the same name for them. We can differentiate them based on the username, which is visible in the list view. It's restrictive to enforce unique password names. LastPass does not enforce that.

G Suite Integration Permission Levels
Hi, when going through the process of installing the Zoho Vault G Suite app for an organisation, I am advised that the app required full Google Drive access...why is this required? This is too high of a permission to be granted. We've been using Vault with Google sign-in already as a business, and no access to Google Drive has been required.
Form fill
We are considering switching our entire organisation to Zoho Vault. But we can't do that until you add form fill in your browser extensions (especially for Chrome). It's a standard and essential feature, offered by all of the competing products.
Can I define a third parameter in addition to user name and password while defining a secret.
I need to store secrets that needs 3 inputs: user name, password and a additional selection from a dropdown. How can I configure the third parameter while defining a secret so that I can use auto login effectively. Regards, Bhushan
Share client secret chambers
We have a chamber for each client. In reality the secrets in there are the clients, not ours. Currently, we can't give clients access to those secrets. It would require a new Zoho One user, or to share 'with outsider' Neither of these options is what we want, because the client is not an employee, does not share our domain, and we don't want to restrict access to their secrets. I would like to be able to add a free user to Vault to achieve this- the permissions for a free user are fine for this

I'm a new Zoho Reseller and testing out the Zoho Vault app. I've used LastPass, Keepass, 1Password and BitWarden in the past, but I'm really liking Zoho Vault. I have a question though. On the Standard plan you mention "Cloud Backup". Can someone explain to me what that is? If I'm logging into the website through the free plan, isn't that cloud backup?

Zoho Vault API: Get Secrets
Hi, I get a response "403 forbidden" when I try to send a request for getting secrets using Zoho rest API. And another thing is that how can I complete the 2nd step authentication procedure (https://www.zoho.com/vault/api/#step-2---accessing-zoho-vault-with-oauth-&-identifying-the-type-of-user-account:) by using JS code snippet. I don't understand where will I get the specific Vault object?

Hi. After months of using Vault I have a suggestion - there should be an option to show only matching secrets or favourites secrets after clicking on the extension. I have never needed to view all secrets after clicking on an extension so every time I have to switch to either favourites or matching secrets... Basically, every time I need to make additional clicks so it is very unproductive :/

How to acquire or delete chamber from user?
Today I needed to acquire the secrets in a chamber because the employee shared the chamber with me but accidentally did not give me edit access to it. So I acquired the secrets in the chamber, since there was no way to acquire the chamber itself, and then put them in a new chamber. Import and Exporting with Vault
My particular issue relates to importing from roboform csv but some of these comments apply to general importing and exporting First of all, the roboform import is confused as roboform create a column called "Note" prior to the next column "Folder". using the csv created by roboform for importing into vault the system will continually fail. Extension to log in using the european centre
Hi, Following my previous post, from the website I'm reminded I can (should?) log to the european centre (think GDPR), which is good. However.... The browser extension doesn't allow this... It should. I still need to double login : once on the .eu site for the websites... once on the .com account for the extension! On a Data Protection side, if my login for the extension is located in .com (USA), and my vault is in Europe, how does this all work? Thanks
