Store Writer docs in Documents folders
I'm a brand new to Zoho and loving it so far. The possibilities are endless. There is one early thing I can't figure out how to do. I see the Writer function to create Word type documents. I also see the Documents function for organizing documents with its own New Document function creating html or plain text. In Writer I can't see how to move documents created there to the Documents set of folders. How can I create documents using Writer and manage them in the Documents folders?

Extra space between lines
I have maybe a stupid question but it keeps me from moving to Zoho Writer. I finish a line and press enter twice to show one line of space between paragraphs. However, when I copy and paste to Wordpress for example, it shows 2 lines of space. If I even copy text with 1 line of space, into Zoho Writer, it will show all lines together with no break. Cannot Post to My WordPress Blog
I'm using an Imac G5 PPC with Tiger 10.4.7. When I try to set up my WordPress blog on Zoho Writer in order to publish posts to it, Zoho Writer keeps saying it can't reach my blog--wrong user name or password. I have triple, triple checked. My user name, password and blog name are all absolutely correct. So far, I've tried it using Zoho on Netscape 7.2 and Firefox 2.0. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Hello: I would like to be able to export my contacts information to .csv format and the upload into software that could print labels. I do not have Microsoft Office, so instead I have used My Mail Software. When I import contacts from Zoho that I have downloaded as a CSV file, the contact information will not import into My Mail Software. I guess my questions is if there is a Zoho Write Template for Avery 8160 Labels, then could I export my contacts from Zoho, Import into Zoho Write and then print
Comments - Editing and adding Documents
Can we have the option to edit comments, add hyperlinking and some additional formatting? Font colors, sizes, etc... Also, adding documents to a comment is cumbersome and just over thought. Can you change that to a simple upload attachment button? The drag and drop feature doesn't work for me (literally, it doesn't work at all) and is just unnecessary.

I am trying to get the mail merge data to be inserted into a text box. The problem is the mail merge data is inserted outside of the text box. I can type inside the text box just fine. I leave the curser blinking inside the text box, but when I click to insert the mail merge field the curser automatically goes outside the text box.

Is there any way to edit plain text files through Zoho Docs or any related service? I do most of my writing in plain text format for a wide range of reasons, sometimes by necessity and sometimes by preference to ensure maximum accessibility in future. My many plain text files include general notes, long documents (often using markdown or latex), numeric data, and code. I can open and view these files in Zoho Docs. sort order of mail merge documents
I created a view of my accounts and sorted them by account name. I select them all and perform a mail merge but the order of the documents produced is not the sort order of my view. Since I have to print mailing labels externally due to Zoho's current limitation, I now have to manually match up labels and documents. Can I get Zoho to produce the mail merge documents in the sort order of my view?

Saving to Google Drive
Every time I open a Google document into Zoho writer, I get that annoying message about how it will save it to Drive, which is fine, except it keeps doing that after I click the "don't show me this again" box. Anyway, that's not my problem. I don't get to choose where the doc is saved. Shouldn't it save the doc in the same folder I opened it in? Unfortunately this isn't the case, so I spend a lot of extra time trying to find the zdoc and move it into the appropriate Google Drive folder. Anyone

"Show invisibles" in Zoho Writer
I've enjoyed using Zoho Writer for the past six months. One thing I notice though, when editing a doc, and this is something that maybe doesn't come up. However, it's *really* important to me and my workflow. I find I like to see the invisible characters in a document--the tabs, spaces, non-breaking spaces, paragraph and soft returns--that ordinarily aren't seen. It's an option that's been in Word for years. Is there any way to get that sort of functionality into Zoho?

Docs continues to be very laggy in typing. I type a sentence and wait a few seconds for it to appear. This sucks. Whats up? Have clear browser cache. Net connection is fast. I can type this message no problem in zoho forums but in DOCS its painful. About to go back to Office... Thanks in advance.
Do Collaborators Need Zoho Accounts in Order To Edit a Document or PowerPoint Presentation?
I hope I'm not asking a question that is too obvious, but just to make sure, do collaborators need a Zoho account in order to edit a Zoho document or PowerPoint (Show) presentation? For example, if I add an email address that is not associated with a Zoho account, then they will not gain access to the document or presentation correct? Thank you for your help, David
