Hope to send attached files which come with Email to CRM' Documents , Currently we can download attached files in Email to Zoho Doc. but can't add it to CRM Doc.

Add Table of Contents to Writer Docs
Hi Folks, Here's a tip on another useful feature in Zoho Writer. This is related to adding table of contents to your documents in Zoho Writer. Its very simple to add "Table of Contents" at the beginning of the document. Click on the "Table of Contents" button, present on the third row of editor toolbar just next to "Special Characters" button denoted by omega sign, and all the "Heading" tags in your document becomes part of your TOC. Where is Writer app?!
I've been in Zoho for about ... I think it has been 4 months, I'm quite new. Before, I could see "writer" in "zoho Apps" but now, I can't see it. So please can someone help ? I wonder if Zoho deleted this application ...
Zoho Writer exports .docx, Word 2007 only saves as 97-2003, loses bullets!
So, I import a small .docx file and Z Writer displays it perfectly. It includes two bulleted items. I save it as .docx. When I export it as .docx, the download dialog box only offers to save it as 97-2003 format or "all files". Neither one preserves the bullets. Any idea why (Win XP Pro, Office 2007, all patches) this happens and why Word 2007 is not offered?

Spacing in naming folders and docs
I am looking for this feature: spacing in name of docs,etc. This feature is efficient, becoz everyone cannot just name in one word or using some other method. Look at the Google docs, there essential stuff is naming, You can name any file or any folder in anyway. Please make it faster. And Please provide feature to arrange docs in folders, Folders within folders. The dissappointment I had wth Google docs is you cannot put a folder within a folder. Slow and difficult collaboration
I've been collaborating with 6 people over a 450,000 character document. So far it's been slow to load, and balky to use. Approving edits is tedious with both the UI design and the lag time. Does anyone know any tricks or pitfalls for collaborating? We are going to give it a total of two weeks, then abandon Zoho completely if we can't get it to work smoothly.
Embedding pictures
Would it be possible to include a function that allows us to embed pictures within the text space? I.e options that include 'send to back', 'bring to front'. This for me is the only thing that appears to be missing.

Exporting To PDF
Sorry, new to Zoho so maybe this is an obvious fix, but when I tried exporting a doc from Zoho to pdf (I was exporting a doc of class notes), the formatting was screwy. Some of my paragraphs were double spaces, spaces between words were off. How can I fix this? Also, so far, I love this app.
PDF not printing correctly
I am mail merging a letter with my CRM leads. I have created a template, using arial font. I merge and download a pdf of the merged letter - all is fine. When I print, some letters are defaulting to a small box symbol. Particularly bad is the D in the 'Dear $FIRSTNAME$ It don't default to the box everytime. Also, occassionally some of the letters in the post print as the box. Can anyone help with this? David

PDF export/print creates kerning/tracking shifts in print.
About 2 weeks ago, the PDF printing and exporting started to exhibit a strange behavior. The space between characters is completely different than the font displays when editing, or on any other print medium. Even the simple word "the": 't' and 'h' are mashed together with too much space before the 'e'. I know this is happening on Arial and Verdana at a minimum. I can reproduce it on a brand new document with just one line of text. Only PDF seems to be effects, and Word exports look ok. Another observation:

Document crashing in several scenarios.
I have experienced several "crashes" with the Zoho document I'm writing. Perhaps the document is to complex? The most recent crash occurred when I deleted several short paragraphs, no more than a few sentences, in the middle of the document and then inserted this as a placeholder/reminder: [Application] As soon as I hit the closing bracket an error message popped up: When I hit the Reload button, the document was truncated at the end of page 4. problems with photo size
I am new to Zoho and primarily use it in conjunction with a photography class I am teaching. I notice when we post a photo we can open it but it is pretty small in size.[no matter what size the file is] Can we get a larger image? I know that if I open it in separate window I have +- buttons to enlarge but when I try it, it enlarges only in one direction? What can I do?
disable default English autocorrect
Hello, I constantly try to use Zoho Writer instead of LibreOffice. This is probably the first case when I can't figure out or stand a little problem with this. Maybe solution is simply but I can't find it. I often need to use word "i" in my language, and I have no idea how can I turn off auto correction this word to uppercase English "I". Autocorrect is turned off, turn off spell checking and change language to another also doesn't help. Please help because I don't want to must return to every "I"
Inserting Footnotes in iPad App

HTTP links auto-recognition
I would love it if Writer would automatically recognize a HTTP link when I type it (http://xxx), highlight it and when I'd click on it it would open a browser window with it. Right now I type a link, I have to right click "Add link", retype the link name and even then a click on the link doesn't open a browser window. This is incredibly painful :(
Unable to upload files to Projects

Cannot input Chinese Character in Zoho Writer
I can see Chinese, I can copy Chinese from outside Zoho Doc to Zoho Writer, I can import document with Chinese and see that. BUT I cannot input any Chinese in Zoho Writer. Does anybody have the same problem? Please help.
Typing letters with accent adds a space.
Hi, I'm using safari 7.0.2 on my Mac Book Pro and each time I type a letter with an accent (á,é,í,ó,ú) the text processor online automatically adds a space next, making very uncomfortable to write in spanish language. I have tried changing the encoding of my explorer, I have tried with chrome explorer too, and I have looked around unsuccessfully for a solution. Can anyone help on this? Thank you, Miguel.

I create a document inside a shared folder, both owned by me. Later on, I delete/close my account, leaving those things without an owner. But Before is done, I share the document with somebody with any permissions. Where where it will be allocated?
