Is there anyway to create a group from my list of friends so that I can share a document with the group rather than having to type in each individual friend each time? I am using Zoho with a college class I teach and I have 30 students. It gets a bit cumbersome to have to type each of them in every time I want to share a file. sbrunva

Is there an undo button on the toolbar? I haven't been able to find it. If it is there, can you make it easier to find? Opinion
I use Zoho Online Word Processor for the first time yesterday. I really love it. Everything looks neat and easy to use. The library at my school doesn't have Microsoft Office so Zoho is a great help to me. Despite all the positive factors, I do want to suggest one thing. When I print out my documents, there are always the page number and the unnecessary URL of the website on it. Zoho will be a perfect tool without these two inconvenience. kenow_live
Comments in Word Documents
Comments in Word documents are not imported to Zoho and comments created in Zoho documents do not export to Word documents. At least this has been my experience. Is this an accurate assessment and if so is there a work around for this issue. fkfoot

In MS Word, I am able to VIEW a couple different views. (Web layout, normal, print layout, and reading layout). The only one I'm concerned with is Print layout, so I can see where the next page starts. Is this possible? ejoycehsva

Hi, I imported one of my documents into Writer and my Logo does not show up, only a balnk box where it should go. I opened the "Insert Image" from the toolbar and it asked for the URL of the image, which is on my hard drive, and I could not access the Upload Image action. Hi, Is there a way for me to add my special True Type fonts so that I can use them in Writer (and other applications)? Generell problem with document sharing
Often it is necessary to edit secret documents with people. If some of these people get an invitation to share documents an theses people are not registered in zoho, they will get rihgts to read the file. This is not good! Because ist is possible to read (and copy & paste) the document for everyone, who use the link without signing in. I think it is much better, to allow even reading only for registered people! Thanks a lot for answers!

Problems with PDF export
Have found that fonts are not preserved when a document is exported to PDF. I have tested this feature and it seems that the PDF created uses just one fontface instead of "reading" the fonts in the document. Any plan to support styles?

Spell Check Document Corruption
I've started experiencing a problem whenever I attempt to spell check a document. For some reason it exposes some html code that I have to manually delete. Any thoughts on what is happening or how else to correct it? Print layout view while editing
I find print layout view very important; as this allows one to insert page breaks in the right place to make the document appear clean. Please do add very soon. reha

While modifying a heavily formatted document it is difficult to tell if the spacing problems are a result of cell size, indentation, or spaces without being able to see what formatting is causing the issue. dero

Document TOTALLY DISSAPEARED!!!
I just spent about 24 hours on a zoho-document, which was auto-saved (according to the browser) over and over and over. Then I closed firefox, re-opened it...and the document is completely gone. There's an old version that I started yesterday, but the new version is nowhere to be found. It's not in the trash, nothing. I'm totally having a mental breakdown someone please tell me where I can re-find my document. I tried calling but nothing happened. I can't find it in my browser history either.

Using --Style-- seems independent of rest of UI
Open new doc. Type some text. Select "Title heading". This changes the colour of the font but does not reflect in main style info. Not clear how to undo etc. Selecting main styles menu does not change to main style's settings. Can't see point of feature - surely should have one set of styles.
Login in from cell phone
I tried searching the forum but did not see much discussion on this subject so forgive me if this has already been covered. Is it possible to login to zoho from a cell phone? What model phones are supported? The fact that you have an iphone application suggests that this is the only phone that can do this? Thanks in advance
