Bigin Android and iOS app update: Push notification support for WhatsApp messages

Hello, everyone!

We are excited to announce that we have now added support for push notifications on the Bigin mobile app for the incoming WhatsApp messages. You can stay on top of your conversations and never miss an important message from your customers. With push notifications, you will receive real-time alerts whenever a new WhatsApp message from your contact comes in, even if you are not actively using the app.

Note: The feature is available only if WhatsApp integration is configured.
