Dans cet article nous allons voir comment Zoho One permet une collaboration à différents niveaux .
La façon dont nous travaillons évolue. À mesure que les entreprises se mondialisent, la plupart des activités sont menées en équipe. Ce n’est plus un secret, la collaboration est pour l’entreprise et ses collaborateurs une réelle valeur ajoutée favorisant l’innovation au sein des organisations. Le travail collaboratif est la mise en commun des compétences et des connaissances de plusieurs personnes dans le but d’atteindre un même objectif . C’est une méthode de travail qui permet de gagner en productivité, en efficacité et d'innover, 3 éléments essentiels au succès d’une organisation. Cependant, la mise en place de cette méthode de travail n’est pas toujours évidente. La culture d’entreprise, le management, les problèmes d’organisation ou encore le manque de communication sont tout autant de facteurs qui peuvent freiner le développement du travail collaboratif.

- Partage de connaissances - Le travail collaboratif est enrichissant car il est basé sur le partage et l’échange. Il permet à chacun d’apprendre de nouvelles compétences et de nouvelles manières de travailler. - Le service de gestion des projets vous aide à planifier, à suivre et à actualiser des projets avec différentes équipes pour réaliser de multiples tâches, évaluer l'état d'avancement du projet, etc.
- Le réseau social interne pour les discussions et les annonces au sein de l'organisation ou dans un groupe en particulier, le partage des ressources, etc.
- La bibliothèque des fichiers en ligne- un espace partagé pour stocker, organiser et gérer les documents pour une collaboration transparente et systématique .
- L'application de réunion et conférence en ligne pour des discussions fructueuses entre équipes ou collègues qui pour faire avancer les différents projets en cours.
- L'application pour la formation interne ou externe en ligne ou en physique. Vous projetez vos présentations, lancez des sondages ou interagissez avec vos participants le tout depuis cette application. Vous pouvez inviter vos intervenants extérieurs ou votre collègue en tant qu'un co-formateur et gérer des sessions collaboratives et interactives.
