Detect previously signed PDF in package

When you include a previously signed PDF document in a package, if that document had text tags in it, Zoho Sign will add new signature fields on top of the real signatures. That should be a disfavored action for two reasons: (1) it's almost never going to be the intended behavior, (2) it seems like a security issue - covering up the previous signature with a new signature field.

Here is an example use case:

  1. You have a master agreement. You have text tags in the master agreement for the original signers. They sign it.
  2. You then create a work order under the agreement at a later date. You send the work order for signature, which says "per the master agreement attached as schedule A." You include the signed master agreement PDF for reference.
  3. When you put this package together on Zoho Sign, even though the master PDF is already signed, Zoho Sign sees the text tags in it and puts NEW signature fields on top of the old ones. If you don't notice this, the recipients will (a) be asked to sign the agreement "again," and (b) will be "signing" on top of the previous "real" signatures.
Instead, Zoho Sign should either (1) skip text tags on signed PDFs, or (2) provide the option to skip text tags on any document.
