Zoho Oneを使い始めて、約1年になります。
――Zoho One を導入したきっかけ / 背景を教えてください
元々見積もり・請求管理につき、Zoho Invoice を利用していました。営業管理ツールとして HubSpot を使用していましたが、コスト削減を目的に Zoho CRM に移行しました。また、Zendesk やTeamwork などの他社のヘルプデスク、プロジェクト管理ツールを利用していましたが、サービス同士の連携を重視し、Zoho One を導入する決断をしました。
――利用中のZoho サービスについて教えてください
主にCRM / Projects / Desk / People / Learn / Forms / Survey / Analytics を利用しています。
――上記サービスを貴社のビジネスプロセスにどのように取り入れていますか?
Zoho Projects: タスクおよびプロジェクト管理。(クライアントワーク75%と社内業務25%の比率)
Zoho Desk:ヘルプデスクとして、サポート業務におけるカスタマーサービスを提供。
Zoho People:勤怠管理、人事関連の連絡。
Zoho Forms:社内外向けの対応なウェブフォーム。
Zoho Survey:顧客満足度調査のアンケートなど。
Zoho Learn:社内プロセスの標準化とナレッジ共有を推進。

――Zoho を利用する中で、可能性を感じる部分はありますか?
Zoho Projects は作業状況や社内メンバーの業務負荷をリアルタイムで確認できます。クライアントも招待してプロジェクトを共同作業することもできます。
Zoho One を利用していますが、Zoho サービス同士や他社サービスとの連携が可能な点は気に入っています。
一方で、当社の顧客は Zoho Meeting やZoho Writer などのZoho のコラボレーションサービスを知らないので、Google Workspaceを使うことにしています。これらのサービスの認知度や信頼性が向上していくことを期待しています。
――今後Zoho サービスを利用する上でチャレンジしてみたいことを教えてください

採用管理を目的として、本格運用を開始したいです。設定完了後には、採用プロセス自動化のため、ブループリントの構築に取り組んでいきたいと考えています。
