Relocating the server from Europe to the UAE

We are experiencing issues with the sales templates and attempted to collaborate with the companies you recommended to assist with the templates. Unfortunately, we were unable to add their email addresses to our panel due to an error (The ERROR is: USER EXISTS IN ANOTHER SERVER).

As an alternative, we created a Gmail account to share with the companies in order to resolve the issue. However, they have informed us that our settings differ from the standard settings used in the UAE, making it difficult for them to implement the necessary changes.

Upon investigation, we discovered that our server is located in Europe instead of the UAE. We are unsure why this is the case, but it has caused significant challenges in customizing our templates. This issue has persisted for over a month, and we urgently require a solution.
