What’s the Correct Integration Flow Between Zoho Inventory, ShipStation, and Multi-Channel Sales Platforms?

Hi Zoho Community,

I’m currently implementing Zoho One to manage all of my business processes, and I’d appreciate some guidance on the correct integration flow for the tools I’m using.

Here’s my current setup:

  • Zoho Inventory is my central system for managing inventory.

  • Sales channels: WooCommerce, Amazon, Etsy, and eBay – all of which are already integrated with Zoho Inventory.

  • When products are sold or statuses change on these platforms, updates are synced automatically to Zoho Inventory.

Now, I want to add ShipStation into the workflow to handle order fulfillment and shipping.

I’m trying to figure out the best and most efficient integration flow so that:

  1. Orders from sales platforms flow into Zoho Inventory as they do now.

  2. Those orders are then sent to ShipStation for fulfillment.

  3. Shipping/tracking updates from ShipStation are sent back to Zoho Inventory and then synced back to the original sales channels.

Can anyone please confirm if this is the recommended flow, or suggest a better one?
Also, if anyone has implemented a similar setup, I’d love to hear how you structured the integrations. Thanks alot!
