今年2回目の開催となる名古屋 ユーザー交流会では、株式会社エンツナクリエイト 野末さんによる
Zoho Analytics / Inventory の活用事例セッションのほか、「Zoho で”見える化”した / したい自社のデータ」を
テーマに参加者同士でZoho の活用方法を共有し合うグループワークを行いました。

ユーザー活用事例セッション:Zoho Inventoryでは見えない未来を、
Zoho Analyticsで描いた話 〜構成部品の在庫推移と”仕様の壁”を乗り越えて〜
在庫管理(部品の仕入れから商品の製造・販売まで)をZoho Inventory / Analytics で実現した事例についてお話しいただきました。
1. 業務課題をZoho で解決
クライアント様は、Zoho 導入前はExcelでの在庫管理をしていましたが、部品点数の増加により運用を続けることが困難な状態でした。
具体的には以下キャプチャの通り5つの要望があり、それらをZoho Inventory / Analytics に
置き換えることで、業務改善に繋がった話を共有します。
2. 具体的なZoho 活用法
2-1. Zoho Inventory の活用
Zoho Inventory では、以下の機能を活用して在庫管理を実現しました。
商品登録機能
- 売上価格と仕入れ価格の両方を登録可能
- 先入れ先出し法、移動平均法などの在庫計算方法に対応
- 期首在庫数と基準在庫数の設定によるアラート機能
組み合わせ商品機能
- 部品の組み合わせによる商品作成が柔軟に設定可能
- 各部品の使用数量と金額の詳細設定が可能
受発注管理
- 取引先ごとの価格パターン設定
- 発注書・受領書・支払依頼書の帳票展開機能
2-2. Zoho Analytics :将来在庫推移表の作成
Zoho Inventory だけでは実現できなかった「将来的な在庫予測」について、Zoho Analytics を活用して解決しました。
Zoho Analytics で作成したレポート: 将来の在庫推移予測表を作成し、以下の項目を表示できるようにしました。
- 部品名・組み合わせ商品名
- 基準在庫数
- カスタムフィールド(必要納品数、SPQ(最小発注単位)、MOQ(最低発注数))
- 月別の出荷予定・入荷予定・在庫調整・在庫残数
技術的な実装: 在庫変動イベント(受注・出荷、仕入れ・納品、在庫調整、バンドル出荷、仮想出荷)を
統合したテーブルを作成し、全月・全商品の組み合わせテーブルと結合することで、動きのない月も含めた在庫推移を表示できるようにしました。
※実装にあたっては、Zoho Analytics の制約事項(ジョイン制限、NULL値の扱い、レポート列数制限など)を考慮した設計が必要でした。
まとめ
今回の取り組みにより、将来的な在庫見通しが可能になり、発注漏れが大幅に減少したと
クライアント様から高い評価をいただきました。 今後は発注数量などと在庫が連動してアラートを表示するなどの設計を進めていきたいと思っています。
