こんにちは！サポートチームが作成した「Zoho CRM のアップデート情報」の中から１つ取り上げて紹介します。

■ アップデート内容
Zoho CRM のワークフロー機能において、"ワークフローが実行する処理"として新たに"Zoho Flowによる処理"が設定出来るようになりました。



Zoho CRM のワークフローとは?
設定した条件に基づいてタスクをユーザーに自動的に割り当てたり、特定の項目を更新するなど、定型的な作業を自動化できる機能です。

Zoho Flow とは？
Zoho サービスの１つで、コードを使わずにアプリをつなぐ連携プラットフォームです。


このアップデートにより、標準のZoho CRM の連携機能では実装されていないZoho サービスや、他の外部サービスを経由したワークフローを実行することが可能になります。

一部のプランを利用するユーザーさまのみの機能とはなりますが、ぜひ実際の画面で確認してみてくださいね。
