Announcing new features in Trident for Windows (v.1.16.5.0)

Hello Community,

Trident for Windows is here with some new features to elevate your workplace communication and productivity. Let's take a quick look at what's new.

View your out-of-office status in Calendar
You can now view your entire out-of-office duration in the calendar. This allows those who have access to your calendar to see when you'll be unavailable and schedule events and meetings based on your availability. 



Collaborate over video meetings
Previously, collaboration was limited to audio meetings, but with the latest update, you can now initiate or join video meetings for more engaging and effective discussions, especially if your team is working remotely or in a hybrid setup.



Record meetings
You can now record both audio and video meetings, allowing you to revisit important conversations or presentations at your convenience.



View participants' free/busy schedule
You can now view participants' real-time availability, making it easy to find a time that works for everyone. If your preferred time doesn't suit all participants, the Next Free Time option will display the next available slot, making it easy to schedule the event.



To leverage these new features in Trident, update the app to the latest version by following the steps below:
  1. Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.
  2. Select Check for Updates from the menu list.

To submit your feedback directly through the app, follow the steps below:
  1. Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.

  3. In the feedback window, enter the necessary details under Subject and Feedback Content.
  4. Once ready, click Submit.
