Automatic Email Alerts for Errors in Zoho Creator Logs

Hello,

We would like to request a feature enhancement in Zoho Creator regarding error notifications.


Currently, Zoho Creator allows users to view logs and errors for each application by navigating to Zoho Creator > Operations > Logs.

However, there is no built-in mechanism to receive email alerts when an error occurs.

At present, since Zoho Creator does not provide a dedicated trigger for errors/failures recorded in logs, the only available workaround is to manually configure error handling within each script. This requires adding inline error handling and explicit email notifications at every possible failure point within workflows, functions, and other components. While this approach works, it is cumbersome and inefficient, especially in applications with multiple workflows and functions.


Given that Zoho Creator already detects and displays errors in logs, we propose an automated alert system that triggers an immediate email notification
whenever a new error is logged. This would eliminate the need for repetitive manual configurations and significantly improve error monitoring and response time.
