We have made an enhancement to improve your scheduling experience. You can now configure sender email addresses separately for staff and customer email notifications.
It may be a good idea to CC a Super Admin on staff emails, but not on customer emails. In fact, there are a number of different reasons to have separate options for staff and customer notifications. Now, you can set these options. Here's how:
Go to Services on the menu panel, and click the required service. Choose Service Notifications. You should see the sender email setup has been moved below the For Staff and For Customers tabs. This lets you set Sender, CC, and Reply To email addresses differently for staff and customers. Click Change.
A pop-up will appear in which you can set any of the below four email addresses.
Super Admin email address`
Business email address
Workspace email address
Allocated staff member's email address
This option is also available under Workspace Notifications.
Note : Only users who have a Premium plan with Zoho Bookings can customize the sender email.
