Export your calendars in CSV format  

Managing your calendar data just got more flexible. With the new CSV export option, you can easily download calendars from Zoho Calendar into a structured file. Whether you're compiling reports, archiving schedules, or exporting events to other tools, the CSV export option puts your calendar data right at your fingertips, organized, accessible, and ready to use. Meeting co-host support within Zoho Calendar  

With Zoho Meetings's Co-Host feature, now available in Zoho Calendar, you can easily delegate hosting duties to another individual who is part of the event. By simply assigning a Co-Host when creating your event, you can share tasks like adding participants, managing the agenda, or sharing content, all without switching between platforms. Check It Out!

Sync Zoho People with Zoho Calendar for seamless scheduling  

Zoho People can now be synced with Zoho Calendar, allowing you to easily view key employee-related information directly in your calendar. With this one-way sync, you can access holiday details, leave application statuses, and other organizational data without needing to log into your Zoho People account. Sync Now!

Set your own Calendar sync schedule  

For any calendars subscribed through web URL, you can now set the sync period between 4-12 hours. This helps you to stay synced at a regular interval compared to the previous setting of 12 hours. Check Out Now!

Enhanced Google account synchronization

Share your calendar in accordance with your organization's policy!

Zoho Calendar now integrates with Workato, enabling you to create streamlined workflows for events created across your Calendar. You can trigger workflows automatically when events are created, updated, or deleted and execute their corresponding actions. Host your Calendar events using Zoho Cliq Meetings  

Zoho Calendar's integration with Zoho Cliq enhances two-way sync between the platforms, enabling you to launch audio/video conferences and start Cliq group chat with participants when an event is created. Resource Booking 

Admin approval for Room Bookings  

As an admin, you can now review and approve room booking requests before they are confirmed. Enabling admin approval helps you prevent overbooking, efficiently manage room utilization, and ensures that the right resources are available for the right events. Learn More.

Manage user location permissions in Resource Booking  

Admins can now manage whether users are allowed to modify their user location details within Resource Booking . By customizing these permissions, administrators ensure that location information is consistent, accurate, and in line with organizational requirements. Configurable visibility for Resource Booking titles  

Administrators can now configure the visibility of resource booking titles from the Zoho Calendar Admin Console. With this enhancement, administrators can choose whether the title of a resource booking should be visible to all users or restricted only to the meeting attendees. This added control helps ensure that sensitive or specific booking details are shared appropriately, improving privacy, security, and customizing user access to booking information. Learn More.

Smart room suggestions, curated by your preference  

You can now add rooms tailored for you based on your priority like favorites, default location, floor, and building. Learn How!

Maximum booking duration for Rooms is now 31 days  

As an Admin, you can now allow your organization users to book the rooms up to a maximum of 31 days. Know More!

  • Invite Notifications – Get real-time alerts for event invitations, so you never miss an important meeting.

  • Background Sync – Your calendar stays updated seamlessly, even when you're not using the app.

  • Performance Enhancements – Faster load times, smoother transitions, and an all-around better experience.

  • Rich Text Editor – Format your event descriptions with bold, italics, lists, and more for better clarity.

  • Duplicate Events – Easily create copies of existing events without re-entering details.

  • Week Number Support – Keep track of weeks with numbered week views for better planning. (Android only)
