The day when Client Portal spoke your language!

The day when Client Portal spoke your language!

A month back, we rolled out  Client Portal to enhance your relationship with your customers. Soon enough, feedback and suggestions came pouring in from you all and we realized that we could do more!

So, after several brainstormings and discussions, we decided to make Client Portal more expressive and engaging. And, what’s better than language to be expressive. So, we started again. Gulping down dozens of Red Bulls and crunching Pizzas, our developers started from the first line of code and did an incredible job by revamping the Client Portal to support 7 new languages: French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Portuguese and Deutsch, in just a few weeks time.

Excited to surprise your customers, are we? Well then, let’s get started.

To change the portal language for a customer, go to the Customers tab and select the customer to whom you want to change the language for and click on Edit and select the preferred language in the Portal Language field and hit Save to change the customer’s Client Portal language.

They (I don’t know who) say, “Visuals are processed 60,000X faster than in the brain than text”. Having said that, take a look at the GIF below.

Voila! You’re done! Easy-peasy, right? Do try this out and reply to this post for any feedback or difficulties.

P.S: While you were reading this, we released a patch to allow your  customers to cancel their subscription from Client Portal. Learn more here. Next in line is Upgrade/Downgrade subscription.

Until next comment!
