ZOHO-20 to fight COVID-19



While the world economy is taking a hit, we, at Zoho, are doing our bit to help small businesses come out of this crisis. Here are all the programs and packages offered by Zoho to fight Covid-19.

1. ESAP: The Small Business Emergency Subscription Assistance Program (ESAP) gives our severely impacted small business customers access to Zoho software they currently use, free for three months. All Zoho customers with 25 employees or fewer who have been severely impacted by the coronavirus-related downturn may apply.

2. REMOTELY: We launched Remotely, a suite of 11 business productivity and collaboration apps designed to help organizations transition to remote working. We're offering Remotely for free until July 1, 2020.

3. VERTICAL RELIEF PLAN: Vertical Relief Plan (VRP) comprises programs and tools to assist businesses and organizations in need across three verticals severely impacted by the crisis: Education, Non-profit and Government, and Retail.

4. ZOHO CREATOR: COVID-19 APP PROGRAM: Government institutions and non-profit organizations that want to build a custom app to manage any COVID-related public activities—for example, patient monitoring, contact tracing, or food distribution—are eligible to apply. We're offering our low-code platform and application-building expertise free of charge.

5. FINANCE: Zoho Checkout has extended its existing free plan to users to create up to 3 payment pages. If you are a non-profit organization working to provide relief, you can accept donations or raise funds online using Zoho Checkout for free. Businesses providing essential services can get free training and rapid onboarding for Zoho Inventory. Zoho Expense has extended the existing free plan to accommodate up to 3 users. The Indian edition of Zoho Payroll has a free plan for businesses to process payroll for up to 10 employees. Zoho Subscriptions has a free plan for businesses to manage up to 20 customer subscriptions.

6. TRAINING AND LEARNING: Zoho Classes is a new mobile app to help schools and colleges continue their academic sessions, by teaching students online. With Classes, teachers can upload courses, run live classes, share assignments, collect responses, communicate with students, collect fees, and do much more. It free for all government schools in India. For all other schools around the world's, it's free for up to 100 students. To help independent trainers and educators move their training programs online, Zoho Showtime has extended additional benefits (available on the Professional Plan) to all our customers on the Basic and Standard plans, at no additional cost. This special offer is available until June 10, 2020.

7. FILES AND DOCUMENTATION: Zoho WorkDrive has increased the storage limits on the Starter and Team plans to 1TB and 3TB, respectively. Organizations with 10+ users get additional storage. This offer is available to both new and existing customers of WorkDrive as well as to Workplace customers on the Professional edition.

8. TALENT AND WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT: Zoho Recruit offers free video credits for its online meeting feature until the end of June 2020. It also offers premium support—free of charge—to educational consultancies and NGOs that hire teachers. To make it easier for companies to train new hires remotely, Zoho People's Learning Management System is free for all plans until July 1, 2020. Additional training programs for users include, unexpected change management, privacy and security, stress management, new technology adoption, onboarding, communication and collaboration, and role-change training.

9. SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING: To help NGOs, non-profits, and public-sector organizations engage with their community during this crisis, Zoho Social offers free access to the Premium Plan for 6 months.

10. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING: Zoho Bookings is offering its Zoho Meeting integration free for all users. This helps more people conduct online meetings with the convenience of a schedule-and-meet system instead of back-and-forth emails before a meeting.

11. CUSTOMER SUPPORT: To help government agencies and department get ahead of challenges during this crisis, Zoho Desk offers free software licenses up to 6 months. Those in public health and administration, first response, disaster management, information dissemination, and law enforcement, benefit from this.

12. ECOMMERCE: For the existing Zoho Commerce customers, we've increased the threshold limit for transaction fees from $1k to $3k for the Starter plan, and from $6k to $8k for the Pro plan, for the next 3 months. To give new customers enough time to set up their stores, Zoho Commerce has increased the trial period for new signups from 14 to 60 days. We hope this l gives you enough time to set up your store and go online.

13. CONDUCTING SURVEYS: To help communities look after public health interests, Zoho Survey is providing all NGOs and government bodies a free 3-month subscription. Additionally, those who want to run COVID-19-related surveys can get a 50% discount on all plans.

14. ZOHO INFLUENCE: To serve current needs during this crisis, Zoho Influence was launched with a focus on remote work to gather advice, thought leadership, and helpful information for businesses from analysts, Zoho, and most importantly, Zoho’s customers themselves.

15. VIRTUAL ZUG MEETUPS: Zoho Community opened up Zoho Cliq channels across multiple cities so users meet virtually to discuss market changes, stay connected, and share expert advice on various topics. Join a local virtual meetup.

16. MARKETPLACE PARTNERS: Zoho's Marketplace partner community has stepped forward with special offers to help those in need.

17. COVID-19 DASHBOARD: A COVID-19 tracker dashboard is set up to keep you updated on the pandemic status. You’re welcome to make copies of this dashboard, along with the data, and build your own reports and visualizations for further analysis. Take a look.

We currently have three names for one item, all have had a transaction associated so there is no deleting (just deactivating, which doesn't really help.
