Hello everyone!

We have now introduced AI integration for IM Chats within the Zoho Desk mobile app. To access the feature, please enable the 'Generative AI' settings on the desktop site(desk.zoho.com). Please refer to the help link attached below:

Once done, you can now generate chat summaries and suggested replies for the IM chats. The suggested replies will be based on the knowledge base articles that you have configured on the desktop site(desk.zoho.com). 

Note: Please carry out a  manual sync(go  on to the settings module >select 'Refresh Portal Metadata') for the changes to take effect on the app.

Please update the app to the latest version directly from the Play Store/ App Store or using the link given below:
