Zoho Sprints Android v2.0.4 app update: Item reminders, archive Epics, Kanban projects, Epic progress

Hello everyone!

In the latest version(v2.0.4) of the Zoho Sprints Android app update, we have introduced various new features. Let's take a look at what's new!

Item Reminder 

Stay organized and never miss an important date with the all-new Item Reminder feature. You can now set reminders for your items and customize them by type, frequency, and number of occurrences. Once configured, reminder emails will be sent according to your chosen settings.

Now you can add an initial reminder directly from the Item detail screen.

You can create, edit, or delete reminders from the dedicated Reminder page.

You can also add reminders directly from the Item Add/Edit form, making it easier to stay on schedule.

Reminder Types:

1. Remind On
2. Remind Before Start Date / End Date
3. Remind After Start Date / End Date

Archive Epic

You can now archive an epic in the Epic module if it’s not progressing or needs to be paused due to changing priorities. Archived epics can be restored anytime when you’re ready to resume work. Convert Active Epics to Archived, and vice versa, directly from the Epic Actions menu.

Kanban Project Creation

We have also introduced an option to create Kanban-type projects directly from the Project Add form by selecting 'Kanban' in the Project Type field.

Epic Progress by Points & Count

The Epic Board has been enhanced to display completion percentages, giving you a quick visual overview of progress.

Progress by Points: Tracks epic completion based on total and completed estimation points.

Progress by Items: Tracks epic completion based on total and completed work items.
