Zoho webinar--hard for agencies

Zoho webinar--hard for agencies

So, this is just a dive into our use case, and why we've been disappointed in Zoho webinar.
We are a small marketing agency, and we wanted to add webinars to the services we provide, as many of our clients want to learn to use them as part of their content strategy. THey come up with the content, and we promote it and run the webinar.
In general, we are big fans of zoho, and so wanted to try zoho webinar. It worked great in-house for our own webinars. But in doing one with a client, the issues became apparent:
1) There is no easy way to "white label" the webinar for the client. Every time we run a webinar for a new client, we need to change the logo and company name. That's not sustainable; we'd love a way to have sub-accounts for each client where we can save their branding.
2) No matter how many settings we changed, the main email for questions and responses was always mine, not the client's. Even after I added their emails, verified them changed settings, etc. Their attendees have been confused when they get an email from someone with a different domain and company name.
3) We have an issue that any cohost can hit "start broadcast." We started one 30 minutes early by accident because a speaker hit the button by accident. Maybe this should be set so that only the organizer can start it?
4) We can't alter outgoing emails without an upgrade, but we're hesitant to upgrade to a higher paid tier given 1, 2, and 3.

Anyone else in an agency and had these issues? Zoho, is there an agency solution on the roadmap?
