Working out Same Store Sales
Hi There, I am trying to work out a way in Zoho Analytics to calculate same store sales vs last year on the condition that the store traded the full month the prior year. For example if the store opened 7th January 2018 I don't want this to be included in comparing 2018 to 2019 January. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks, Paul
Resizable 'User Filters' Card?
It would be nice if we could adjust the size of our 'User Filters' card, the same way we can with others. Here, I only have a few, and it'd be nice to throw in a header image to the right, instead of having a bunch of empty space. Is this doable? Thanks

Creating a percentage report for a subset of textual string containing values from a Desk ticket table
I'm trying to create a percentage report to compare a subset of textual string containing values which were imported from a Desk ticket table. I can't find the proper syntax which allows the selection of specific values from this column. I want to compare the count of this subset of values to the count of another subset from the same column. Could you please help me out about this issue.

Combining Data from Multiple Zoho Apps?
I am just starting to learn Zoho Analytics and would like to know if it is possible to create dashboards and reports that pull data from several different Zoho apps. So far I only see how to connect to one Zoho app at a time. Example: I would like to create a report or dashboard that shows my open tasks across the main Zoho apps I use - Desk, CRM and Projects. Pivot Table Sub Totals Average decimal place
Hi, I have created a pivot table that does quarterly sub totals. Instead of sum I have changed it to average. How do I make it show with 1 decimal place? I the decimal only in the subtotals as I am doing average. The data set I have is a count. Thanks Sony

Trying to apply countif function to accounts instead of opportunities
I am trying to create a formula which counts the number of accounts where a particular condition is met but the output is instead counting opportunities relating to those accounts The formula I have is "countif("Accounts"."ATS Contract Go Live Date"<(currentdate()-90))" I want the number of accounts which are over 90 days old but the above formula keeps counting the total number of opportunities relating to these accounts which obviously gives a higher figure than it should Thanks Sarah
Integration with CRM & Project - missing fields
Hi CRM: I am trying to create reports in Analytics from data in CRM which I would like to filter by User role. Role isn't included in the Analytics User table and when I looked at the configuration in CRM the User table was shown in the list of modules you can select additional fields for. Projects: I want include the users' project portal rate in reports but again I can't see any way of pulling this data in from projects (only the User Hourly Rates table which would require manual data entry). Custom Defined Parameter
I've been using Zoho for the past few days. One of the things missing is a Custom Defined Parameter that I can use in functions as well as user settings. I could list multiple use cases for this but YTD and MTD would be my biggest requirement. So for example - On the user filters I have Report Date - Which shows a date picker and I can select 2018-11-15 for example. This is linked to the User Parameter I have created paramReportDate Now in my functions I can create Sales_YTD with something like this
Pivot View - Custom Sort
I have created a Pivot View. I am trying to apply a custom sort for the rows. The list that I have has more than 500 values. It would be nice to be able to drag and reorder multiple items. At present it is only possible to do so one at a time.
Merging Only Certain Axes - Combo Bar
Would it be possible to implement a feature (specifically on the Combo Bar), where we can choose which axes to merge into groups? For example, I want to have a graph with two bars for "current year" and "previous year" sales, both on a merged axis, and then a line representing the variance percentage going through them on its own axis. Which plan level on Analytics will be available to Zoho One account users when they are subscribed to the "Flexible User Pricing" model? For example which plan level for the Analytics will be assigned to us if we subscribe to "Flexible User Pricing" model with 10 users? If it's going to be one of the "Premium" or "Enterprise" plans on Analytics then how many users will we have on these plans? How to handle JSON feed with nested variables
Hi, beginner user of Zoho Analytics (long-time Zoho CRM user, if that's any help). I'm trying to pull together some info from Zoho CRM and our payment gateway, Iugu. For Iugu, I do it via a JSON feed - I make a call to its invoices API which returns all the invoices. All good until here. Aggregate formula not yielding correct result
I'm trying to use an aggregate formula to calculate % of one value to another in two different tables but in same relationship path. However, it's not returning the correct result although the absolute values are correct as I can see by including those columns in the tooltip. Below are the screen grabs of the formula, the absolute values and the result of the formula in %. As can be seen from the second image below, Total Debt is 657,354 and Total GDP is 240,216, which are both correct but the %

I'm using Zoho Analytics to report on a few combinations of items that relate to Accounts (CRM) being associated with Tickets (desk) and Projects (projects). I have a new client that use Zoho Analytics for doing reporting on Zoho Inventory. It’s a bakery. In sales order we have all items that have been ordered by his clients. Cursor Position when editing SQL queries
When Creating or editing an SQL query I need to move the bottom of the query box up and down frequently to show or hide the bottom panel. To get the mouse in exactly the correct position to show the double arrow symbol is very difficult. Is it possible to enlarge the area where the double arrow shows to make this easier and quicker.
Show percentage of a value other than total
Hi Newbie to Zoho analytics so please excuse my ignorance. The chart below shows the appliances that householders had fitted in their new kitchen. The percentage figure is showing the percentage of the total count (2128) but I need this to be the percentage of the number of respondents in the survey (503). Can this be done? I have a multiple fields with radio buttons. For all these fields only the option to select Yes or No. I would like to get a count of how many times the value Yes was selected in the row. Something like Yes + Yes + No + No = count the yes Field 1 + Field 2 + Field 3 + Field 4 = Countif YES = 2

Shipstation is a very big service, with lots of users, tons of order data.....and poor un-customizable reporting. This is perfect for Zoho analytics. The Shipstation API is modern and efficient. Today I think many people pay Zapier to get Shipstation data into Reports/CRM/Books - why not have a direct connection? -can pull in shipments via webhook or polling. -also nice to pull in order data along with shipment data

Reporting on Google, Yelp & Facebook Reviews
We'd like to see the ability to pull in data on our Google, Yelp and Facebook reviews into a Zoho Report. It would be great to be able to build reports this data such as current 'star' rating (i.e 4.6 stars on Google); and perhaps be able to display the most recent reviews. Even better would be to have a report for review rating over time such as 4.5 stars in Jan, 4.6 Stars in feb, 4.7 stars in Mar etc.
