Pivot Tables Grand Totals
Hi, Is it possible to make column grand total visible at all times even if the number of rows means you need to scroll to the end to see it? This would help as it would avoid having to scroll all the way to the last row to be able to see the grand total. Dear Zoho Team, I want to offer the same dashboard to different companies, and in my architechture each company data resides in a dedicated MySQL database. So I would like to be able to embed the same dashboard and pass as embedding parameter the proper databsource related to the db of the specific company. Is it doable? I think not. So I thought to a different solution: I duplicate the dashboard for each company. But surprise: I neither cannot fond a Duplicate/copy button for my dashboard! This
Line Chart
Hi, I am trying to create a line chart from an excel file which has data from Jan to Dec. The line chart draws a line where it plots all the amount in the ascending order. So that results in a chart where Apr may appear before Jan if Apr has the less amount. So i want to know that can i do to not let line chart sort by amount and show the months in sequential fashion. And where can i learn about all the functions that can be used in zoho reports? Ram
How can I change the number of decimal places displayed in a pivot table without changing source data?
How can I change the decimal places in pivot tables without changing the source table? Different pivot tables require different accuracy i.e 2 decimal places or none so I can't change the source data. It seems very odd to restrict data views formats to only the source data's format.

Time Log Report Across Zoho Apps?
Currently there are at least 4 different apps in Zoho where users can book time. Projects Desk Books People In our case for instance, the same user may book time against both Projects and Desk Tickets. Replace errors with warnings
Hello I have a lot of data sources imported on a nightly basis. If the source didn't change, the system doesn't update the table (which is logical), and showing red Error in the log (which is NOT logical). So I have to check every error to be sure this is actually not an error. So the proposal is to introduce Warnings at least for the following cases: 1. Different Totals with different filters, Same Graph
I'd like to have a bar graph in zoho reports of my service desk tickets whereby I can see two totals. First total is the number of tickets opened in the current month, which is easy. But in addition, I'd like to see the total number of tickets closed in the same month BUT regardless of whether or not they were opened that month. For example 100 tickets are opened in October. That's the first total. The second total could be 120 tickets closed in October because 20 of those were opened in September.

Hi, I was wondering if this was possible in Zoho. I have created a report that shows the moving average of a count of items in a table based on the 12 months previous. I would like the text above each data point to show the percent difference between the moving average of the month of the data point vs the moving average of the previous month. Hello, I'm trying to upload data from my remote MySQL database into Zoho reports and I got a lot of problems and I already solved it, but this one I can't handle it so please can you help the problem is I got that error while trying to upload data with UploadFromDB.bat file :- Driver class is missing. Dates Filter - up until Today
Hi there, I'm trying to report on something based on a date set as 'up until today' (obviously this would automatically take the current day)...however I don't see this available, why? There is a 'Today' & there is the ability to set a range 'To' but that input is an exact date not a moving date like 'today'
Multiline text field removes carriage return/linefeed after sync with Reports

Zoho Rports with Zoho Desk report help
Hello, I am using Zoho Desk and the data has been pulled into Zoho Reports. I'm trying to create a specific report that shows the number of tickets by Agent that have been closed per day against total number of unresolved tickets. Though I can get to show the resolved total on a daily basis the total unresolved shows 0. I'm guessing that the user filter has been set to completed time as "yesterday". I'm sure there is a way to show tickets that have been closed against number of outstanding.

we are using Zoho Reports with data from Zoho desk. I am trying to create a dashboard that will show me the total time from the TIME ENTRY data per account. I see you have several resolution time or calculations that are for calculating time between ticket open and ticket close but I am looking to find out how much time we spent on each ticket or per account.
Zoho Creator Assets Tracker report fields in Zoho Reports
Hi, we have configured a form and report in Assets Tracker (Zoho Creator app) with a data from CRM Product field (Product Name). So in Assets Tracker we can see the product name of the item. Then we have made reports in Zoho Reports with data from Assets Tracker. But in the Data Source we don't have the Product Name field, so in Zoho Reports we can't show the Product Name if the items. Hi, I'm trying to import and keep in sync a database with Zoho reports. I have date times and date fields, the problem is that i can't specify more than one date format so only one is being picked up as date. Is there a way to set both to the correct date type? Aggregate Columns in row groups
Hi! I have a question related with Pivot Views in Zoho Reports. Since is not possible to drop a custom Aggreate Column in Rows, is there any way to fill a "row column" as an Aggreate columns using the other row columns? Let me explain with the attached image. In the image, the last row column shows 300%. This is the summatory of the same column values. But this value is useless (percentage summatory), it would be nice to have there a real % caculated with "Total Net Price" and "Margin" row columns.

I understand from this help guide, that in order to utilize the Geo Data Visualization (Map Charts) the data field needs to be recognized as a geographical data type. For example, column Longitude needs to be data type = Longitude.
