So far when you share a table all the columns will be shared to the user always. Now you can choose columns to be shared. Sorting issue on tabular view report zoho reports
Zoho Reports On dashboard we have a tabular view report, when we Open in a new tab : expands the tabular view but if we try to sort directly on the field, ascending/descending does nothing, this was working great until yesterday morning, since then, we still experiencing the problem, can you help?

Problem importing date column from Excel
What is the best way to format a date column in Excel for importing to Zoho Reports so that it is imported as a date and not a plain text. I format the column in Excel [date and chosse one like dd/mm/yyyy] But it will only import it as plain text. When I set the date format in Reports Import sequence it imports with errors. Any hints on the best way to import dates from Excel sheets so that it is stored as a date in Reports. Thanks Mark

Data Merge Tags in Text Blocks
Zoho Reports is fantastic! Unfortunately, if there are text blocks explaining data in the charts or telling a bit of a story that features numbers, we cannot control data in the text blocks with user filters. If merge tags were available, we may be able to do this more frequently. For now, use of the Zoho Reports to tell stories is rather limited.

Unable to get full duration data from Zoho Projects
Hi There, I am importing Zoho Projects data into reports so that I can create some high level reports on project work in a given month. The auto-generated duration reports look perfect except they do not import the correct data! We enter durations in the tasks in Zoho projects in 30 minute blocks, so we may add something like 1.5 hours against a task. This works fine in Zoho Projects but when the duration data comes into Reports it only shows whole numbers. In other words where it says 1.5 hours

Banking, Deposits Report
I am getting started with reports. My books is integrated with Z reports now. How do I create a report which will show me just deposits to my checking account, nothing else? I look to the left under financial reports and do not see anything which will perform such as task or even similar. I want to see the deposits as a table, as if in a register. It does not appear I can look at deposits in a report directly in Zoho Books.

Creating daily averages per month/quarter/year
Hello, I have a table of events with a start date/time and an end date/time. I am trying to get the average of daily total time for the events and I am not sure how to do this in Zoho. I have a calculated column of total time in seconds for each event. I need the system to sum those numbers for each calendar day and then average those daily numbers for the period specified. Hi, I've got a couple of issues I'm hoping you can help me with. 1. When creating a stacked chart, it puts my text or y axis data label inside the bar rather than above it. Hi Folks, I see that there is now a configuration option on data tables but I can find no reference to it in update notes or in the help section. The tooltip simply says "Specify 'Yes' if the column contains Personal Data, which needs to be handled for GDPR compliance" but doesn't say what it can be used for or what the effect of setting it to 'Yes' actually is.
