Unable to use Cliq desktop app on Windows 10
Hello! I started having issues with the Cliq desktop app on Monday, after a normal beginning-of-the-week restart of my computer (nothing special, no updates, everything was fine last week). I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, installing a previous version, nothing works. It begins the installation process, but then there is no window to open, even though there is an "open" windows in the task bar. I am on Windows 10. Does anyone else have this issue? Zoho Cliq (Multiple Users Cannot Sign In)
Good Afternoon. I have multiple agents that work for my company that cannot sign into Cliq. Whenever they go to the URL it gives them an error message, which states "400 BAD REQUEST." There are a handful that can get in but some that can't. Can you please look into this for me? I have attached a file of the error message received. Thank you.
Ability to revoke to delete a message?
Hi Is this feature planned in the near future? The more we use cliq the more we need the ability to delete or revoke messages. It holds back the product if you want to roll it out to larger companies

Zoho Projects integration?
Hello, the main purpose we use Zoho Projects is to also allow customers to add bugs/features/etc. It would be great if Cliq can also integrate with Zoho Projects so we can share that data seamlessly. Is this being considered?
Cliq delete chat message
Hi, I have been exploring some of the coding functionality in Zoho Cliq and I believe it has the ability to create a custom Delete/Edit message feature within chat messages. However in trying to create the relevant script I'm a little unsure as to the correct syntax relevant to the command type. Is there something I have missed?? I have been trying to search this particular function and so far I haven't found anything relevant - if possible a repository of command templates would be amazing. Thanks
Delete inactive users
Hi there, I imported my data from Slack to Cliq but it's brought all my inactive users across. Is there a way I can delete those inactive users so they no longer show up in my contacts list? If there isn't, can I scrub my Cliq account and start again? Thanks.

hey cliq team, sending you a quick idea for an enhancement to collaborating via cliq. user story: as a user, i would like to @mention the current channel i'm tying in so that everyone receives a notification of my new message. this is identical to the @channel or @here methods used in Slack. @channel alerts every member of the channel, regardless of whether or not they are logged in @here alerts only members of the channel who are actively logged in at that time Cliq currently supports direct mention
Can't Login to Cliq via SAML Redirect (iOS)
We were able to successfully get SAML working with Azure AD on PC and Mac. Unfortunately, when we try and login via the Cliq app in iOS, the redirect fails with: AADST90015: Requested query string is too long. I've tested this with Zoho Mail just for kicks, and the passthrough works fine. The issue seems relegated to Cliq. Has anyone else had this issue?
Linux desktop app distribution
Currently there's only a linux installer for debian based distributions. This excludes a lot of linux desktop users for desktop installation, including me as I'm using Fedora Workstation. Is there a RPM installer on the way? Or are is Zoho working on a snap/flatpack/appimage installer?
Layout options for chat panes
The Cliq mobile app uses a layout that looks more like SMS and other chat apps with my messages on the right and messages from the person I'm chatting with on the left. I prefer that in a chat with a single individual because it makes it easier to scan up the chat history to find something they said, etc... It would be nice to have the options to toggle the layout of the chat panes on the desktop app so that you could have the default layout it has now, the opposing sides layout like the mobile
Cannot add contacts
I'm testing out Cliq and I am actively chatting with two individuals. I have pinned those conversations in order to find them again. However, nobody is listed in my contacts and I cannot add those the two users I'm testing with. I try typing their email addresses and there's just nothing to click on or any way to add them. They are listed as users in my admin panel.

Delete ENTIRE chat history?
Hello, I know how to go through the chat history and delete individual chats, I was curious if there was a way to delete ALL of them in either a single or multiple batches? We have a lot of chats going back a while and I've been deleting them individually, but I'm hoping there's a more efficient way of clearing the chat history. Thank you! Matt

We discovered that few of our staffs do personal channel for their own purposes like selling, bashing their superior and etc. Since, it is provided by the company (we're using Zoho One Enterprise). The management dont want to tolerate this and want the admin level access to monitor all the messages in channel and PM/Chat history. Is there possible?

Hello! I use the embeded chat on my class webpage for my students to reach me. I have the imo app installed on my phone. It has been working great! Until today. Logging in I get a message that says "Account msjepson@zoho.com was disconnected". I have signed in online. I have deleted and remade the account. Nothing is working. Help!
Integrations with Notifications in email and tasks.
When a task is created for me, or an @mention in an email chat, I would like to get notified of those on my mobile device. It does not seem that that functionality is built in to the mobile email client, so I'm wondering if it can be done through Cliq, is there some documentation on how to do this, or can you point me to some information where I can get started?
Browser not updating conversations and status updates
Using the chrome browser, we've noticed that some users (including myself) are not getting chat messages or seeing status updates unless they refresh the page. Some of them even complain of this happening in the mobile apps as well. Please help as this is really critical for our communications.
Unread response indicator in spotlight search dialog
Hi there, For those users who make use of keyboard shortcuts, it would be immensely helpful to include a visible indication of new messages in the spotlight search (ctrl + spacebar) dialog next to each direct, group or channel chat. See attached screenshot for an example. I have noticed that the order of the items in the spotlight search does change if there are new messages, but this does not provide enough information to the user on what is outstanding. I see some opportunity for make a better "voice note" use on Cliq like another messanger-app. - Downsize the format file for fast transfer and low use of data (Not use .WAV, use MP3 ex.) - Using the name-user-chanell-time to make a more easy search and find notes (not 1531412354131.wav, more human read like SalesChannel-Stevens-20180209-21:33PM.mp3) Regards
Using Cliq's IRC channel on weechat
Hi, I am not able to connect to the IRC channel of Cliq on weechat. I am using the server irc.zoho.com:6697 I am connecting with SSL and using SASL authentication. I get the following message and the server gets disconnected: irc: reading data on socket: error -110 The TLS connection was non-properly terminated. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

How do I delete an organisation?
Created one to test the site out, and now I can't join another one... Also can't log in on the forum with my account so I was forced to login with FB
Cannot direct message anyone on my team and all previous direct messages are gone
Tried clearing cache, logging out and back in again, supervisor reset my permissions, restarted computer. To me, it sounds like a problem with my account, but I can't even chat with support because that option is gone from the Help & Support section of the program. Any ideas?

Can't add external zoho users to Cliq
Hi there, I am trying to use cliq as a collaboration tool with my clients, all who have their own zoho accounts. When I try to add them as a contact within cliq, I get the error "email-example.co.uk isn't a Zoho user yet." What makes this more unusual is that if I try to add a gmail user, the message invite sends fine. I was really hoping this would be the answer for me to stay easily connected with my clients, but so far it is not working. Can you offer any help on this?

Enterpise Level Security on Cliq and Connect
We are a reseller of Zoho Services and we have several enterprise clients who are nervous to use Cliq because of the lack of enterprise type settings. The main example is that an admin is not able to access ALL Cliq interactions between employees as well as any outside organizations who might be collaborating. In addition, we do not see any controls to determine if users are allowed to delete communications or channels. We also need the ability to journal/archive messaging for compliance reasons.
Pulling data from CRM
So I am trying to link a record from CRM into Cliq but after I type /zcrm Contacts (anything) -- the window just blanks out and nothing returns. Is there a proper way to use this that I may be missing?

I have a question. In Zoho Cliq. In the Desktop app on the left hand side. Is there a way to make a directory for contacts? Like Contacts per department in my org? So contacts show up under a department. I know that creating a channel allows entire team discussions and anyone the mods want to add can join that channel.
