I found annoying bug that makes Cliq "quick guide" keeps popping up even though I have already been using the application for sometime Every time I open the application, it tells me to "Search at your fingertips!" Also when I open the 1 - 1 chat, a popup "Chat actions" keep appearing too then "Quick Reply" afterwards and many others "quick guide" popups What I have already tried: - Reinstall the app - Reboot phone (very dummy basic debugging, but somehow still not working) - Follow the zoho tutorial

Alter escape key function that cannot be undone
Hello, I am wondering where to submitted change requests. I am unfamiliar with the ZOHO support system. I would like an option to disable or to remove the functionality of the escape key to delete all of the text in the current chat box. I found this by pressing escape multiple times when trying to remove a reply, forward, or user search start at the top of the window. I don't want the escape key to have this function. It should be possible to send attachment with Cliq from other apps on iPhone iPhone Cliq app v3.8.1 Audio recording app (Phillips Recorder) offers option to send audio file as mail attachment. When selecting this option, multiple email apps and messaging services come up, including Cliq. However, selecting Cliq sends message but no attachment. Converting date-time in RFC-822 format to zoho-date time format?
I am trying to convert the response from an api which is like 2012-07-17T13:41:01Z (RFC-822 format) to zoho-date time format.But on using toDateTime() function,the result seems different.The time part is always 00:00:00 but getting date right.Is there any other way to achieve the right time or date-time such that I can use it in my script? Android 9 Login issue
So a few of us in the organization are having issues loading the cinq app on our mobile devices. Most of our phones have recently (yesterday) updated Android 9, so our devices are up to date - and we've all uninstalled and re-installed the app, but after sign in - we get an error message that just says "sorry...something went wrong" and will not proceed. Zoho One Subscription w/ Cliq does not provide for external level of channel
I have a Zoho One subscription for our company. I have added the Cliq app through the admin console. When I go to create a new channel I only have options for Organization, Team and Personal levels of channels. External is not an option. I work with project teams the are a mix of internal users and external subcontractors. How do I create an external channel for a specific project that allows me to invite external users just for that channel?
