So I am designing a website through Zoho Creator and using Pages. There are documents that are connected to the CRM and others that do not. Is there anyway to fetch the PDF of a Purchase Order or Invoice directly using APIs? Otherwise, we would have to use the Documents Portal inside Zoho CRM. How do we restrict access to Documents based on the Customer Portal (Not Users) and its permissions (assuming we will do the fetch based on a URL given by the Documents Portal inside Zoho CRM)? Hi, i can´t find a proper solution to assign products to specific users. That´s the requirement: We have a wide range of products in our system. Some of the articels should only be available in the quotes creation process for a specific user group. Other user groups should have access to totally different products. Stage field is Read only
I am unable to advance the Stage field for a potential in Zoho as it is showing as read only. Until today I was able to edit this feild. I have checked with my administrator and he says my permissions allow me edit the field. I am on Safari. I have tried Chrome but the problem persists. I have also tried a hard refresh. Any ideas? Showing only the newest stage history in a report
I'm trying to incorporate stage history in reports and it's surprisingly difficult. 1. Adding the Stage History table appears to do a join on that table and Potentials, which makes sense. How do I get Zoho to show only the rows where the Stage modified time is newest for each Potential? I don't want ALL the history, just the most recent. Clearbit Extension for Zoho CRM is great - can we auto populate fields in CRM ?
The Clearbit Extension seems quite useful as it appears inside of the Contacts, Accounts and Lead Modules, just under the Business Card spot. I'm just wondering if anyone has managed to get that info to auto populate CRM fields such as Image / Logo ( 'Accounts Image', 'Lead Image', etc) Description Social links URLS ..Or even maybe found another similar solution for enriching data within Zoho CRM? Accidentally deleted sync account
Hello, We accidentally deleted the user account that was used to generate the Zoho Services Communication key for syncing between desk and CRM. When we try to delete the sync integration to build a new one with a new ZSC key, it tells us we need to enter a valid ZSC key, but the person who generated that key is no longer with the company and his account has been deleted from Zoho. Any idea how to fix?

Trouble Uploading a File Using InvokeUrl through Box API
I am having trouble formatting the parameters to upload a file through the Box Api using InvokeUrl. I have included a sample Box API request for reference. I'm not sure how to handle the "file" in the request. I have tried many variations without success. I have pasted the code I am using without addressing the "file" in the request. OR option for "required" fields in layouts
I'm not sure if what I want to do is currently possible. My use case is this. I make a deal and I want to make the lookup fields required to match the deal to a lead, contact, or account. But I don't need, or want, to make all these fields required at all times. I need *AT LEAST ONE field required for the deal to validate. I've tried setting this up in blueprint, but that works off condition->trigger system which does not let me use the lookups as primary field for conditions. If I'm doing something
The most efficient way to map options from options fields from ZForms to CRM
Dear All, I have made two forms in two different languages and I have integrated them with the CRM by mapping fields. So far, so good. The problem I am facing is that the form is adding the information to the record as it is and I can not find a way to map the sub-field options in the field. This is creating duplicate and tripled values becasue the option on the form is not exactly the same as the options in the CRM. The reasons to this are: language and that in the form is more detailed the option;
Zoho CRM - Copy mailing address between Contact and Account
I need to print an address for a mailing. The issue is the address is under the account, and the name under the contact. Is there a way to do this? I was thinking maybe there is a way to copy the address to the contact, and then just print from there. (I did ask this question a few days ago, and incorectly said the address was under lead.) Copy Account to Contact information
I'm an ACT! user evaluating ZoHo. One of the things ACT! does is allow you to either create a Contact *from* a Company (Account in ZoHo), which creates a new Contact record with most of the common fields populated *from* the Company record - like address, phone, etc - and all you have to do is fill in the Contact name and email. Or, if you create a Contact first, you can create a Company (i.e. Account) record from that contact, and it will *take* the Company name, address, phone, etc and create
Delete all Leads/Accounts/Contacts??
I've uploaded about 30,000 contacts and leads to Zoho CRM. I just realized I upload lists that I haven't de-duplicated yet. How can I completely remove all the data I've uploaded? If I used mass delete I can only delete 100 contacts per page, this would take forever.... is there a faster way? Or is there way to de-dupe accounts/leads in the CRM itself?
Different email notifications to send based on same blueprint/transition
Have a question related to blueprints, transitions and workflows. I am trying to create a blueprint to manage the leads generated in CRM from chats missed in Zoho SalesIQ. The automatically missed chat lead is created with the country field filled based on the visitor's IP address. If we miss a chat overnight, we have a list in CRM with all of them and we have a blueprint to follow up with that person. Mass Email Statistics NOT updating (Opened/Clicked/Bounced)
Hello Zoho, A crucial component of our Zoho CRM use is viewing analytics on mass emails sent out and triggers are not updating correctly. We are not seeing email triggers updating under statistics. 1.) E-mail opened is not accurate (we test with same email domain and stays as unopened) 2.) Custom views within modules
Sometimes, users don't need complete visibility into all of the sections within a module. I'd like the ability for a user to choose what the see by hiding sections just for them.
Add Task, friendlier form with all fields
Adding a task is weird. The description is under other fields. Like many forms, all the fields would fit on the form. Why so many clicks to get around? It is so bad, it is easier to add with one field, save, then edit. Edit has a better layout and we use it to add, but that should not be the case. We schedule all tasks and give all a description but this is a lot of work.
What is the best way to manage leads from the same company?
We gather multiple leads from the same company and send them prospecting emails and calls. We track the emails and calls through Zoho. Its all very well allocating tasks to staff, but thats the last you hear about it. What would be good is if, when the staff member completes the task, we get a message: task A has been completed by staff member B. or, even better, Task C (name of task) allocated to staff D is overdue Can this be done?
Records per page and browsing suggestion/need
Hi, just hoping to see this implemented soon. I'd like the ability to view more than 100 records per page. Preferably 1,000 or more. Also, see the attached screenshot. The button to scroll over to the next set of records is located at the bottom of the page. Move this to the top of the page as well so you don't have to scroll down to the bottom of the page just to go to the next page of records. Custom Formula Field to Capture First Save Date
I'm trying to determine how to get the date that a Potential/Deal was first saved in a given Stage. I had thought to create a separate formula field to capture the Stage that the Potential/Deal was last saved with, but I can't reference formula fields in formula fields.
