I need to print an address for a mailing. The issue is the address is under the contact, and the name under the lead. Is there a way to do this? I was thinking maybe there is a way to copy the address to the lead, and then just print from there.

Products in CRM
We have probably about 40 services and products for our consulting and software company. Our clients work with us on a yearly basis, renewing licensing with us. They also sometimes purchase additional services from us. We are currently using Deals to track sales through the pipeline. And I wanted to use PRODUCTS to track licensing with us. But it does not look like Products is how you do this. How do we track what products our current clients are subscribed to? What is the best module to do this?
Changing Reply To on a Workflow Email
I have created a new email template and workflow around it, but I can't find where to change the Reply To address on the email. In the Email Notification screen (Settings - Automation - Actions - Email Notifications), I thought the option was supposed to appear after filling in the basic data, but it doesn't. Report that shows accounts with no activity
I need help creating a report that allows me to quickly see which accounts have had no activity. I've been researching and it looks like the only solution is to use last activity time. However, that records any time an action is taken on the account, incuding when the record is updated with a sales order (via API). What I really need to see is by sales person, all of his/her accounts that he/she has recorded no open or closed activities in the past 90 days. Is this possible?
Should I be using lookup fields in this scenario?
I want our CRM to contain details of all the Vets that we do business with. We need to select a Vet based on what treatments they offer. Certain operations are only available for certain animals. And only certain treatments are available for certain operations. We need to be able to filter Vets that offer a treatment or operation for a given animal. Hello. We are starting to use dashboards to manage very complex campaigns that involve lists of leads and contacts, a large number of records, tags, different waves... It would be good for us if, besides having all the analytical information in a dashboard, we could have a free text or note widget where we could show some explanations and instructions about the related campaign. Zoho CRM Calendar
I want to automate the process that when a new lead is created an event is created in "CRM Calendar" of selected user. I can create an event on Zoho calendar but don't know how to access the CRM Calendar. I have synced the Zoho Calendar with CRM Calendar, i have automated the process of creating a new meeting when new lead is created but it does not show as an event on CRM Calendar. If i create the new meeting from meeting module it shows on CRM Calendar as an event.
Potential Layouts
Hi I know you only have an option for 3 extra layouts for a module but if I deactivate one why do I need to delete the layout to create a new one? This means I lose all the data that was previously entered in it. Will this be an option in the future?

Lead to custom module
Hi, hope you guyes are fine and doing great. i was searching out to the solution of how can i transfer lead to custom module. what i am doing right now. i created a copy of lead manually and name it Do Not DIsturb, and in the workflow rules created a rule on lead module and its that when a Lead Status is DND/Do Not Disturb then custom function trigger. Through that custom module i need to connect my custom module, can any body help me??
