Hello, Here is my scenario. i have the following sub-form in a custom module i created called " Products in Order" In the sub-form i have a lookup field "Product Name",Quantity of that product and Price (calculated field) My goal is when i choose a product and quantity the Price will be calculated automatically with the unit price associated with the product ( I have a standard Product module with a field called "Unit Price") multiplied by the quantity Please advise Thank you Yoav

Custom Date Function to spell out date in merged results
We have a date of birth custom field in our Contacts. We have a mail merge that fills in the date of birth. However, in the merged document, we want the date to spell out - so 1/1/1995 would display as January 1, 1995 Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

We are currently in the process of upgrading to Zoho CRM 2.0 API and the code has passed development and is onto our staging area. Our staging and production use the same CRM account so my question is this. If I generate new v2 API credentials will that nullify the v1 API credentials or can you have both of them active at the same time? We are worried that if I activate the v2 credentials that it'll stop production from working. I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance.

Prevent creation of new account from within deal edit page
Currently, when a user creates a new deal, and lookup the related Account on the create page, if the Account does not exist, it automatically creates a new account. However, this bypasses all the validation rules of creating a new Account. I would like to prevent this "functionality" so that the deal can only be linked to an already existing Account. If the Account does not exist, the user would have to manually first create the Account and then add the deal against it. Please advise how I can

Inactive Contacts and Global Search
Hello, we are currently investigating, how to deal with people leaving companies etc. I was quite surprised, taht ZoHo has no option to "deactivate" contacts, so they remain in the system and historical data, but they do not appear in contacts, global search etc, despite looking for inactive contacts.... So my idea was to implement an option set (active & inactive). Filtering in the Views is at "Contact" Module is quite easy, but filtering in Accounts, Global search etc. semms not to be possible...

So making calls from zoho CRM app for years now have gone over to ringcentral and tried their iOS app. Looking in CRM app you can choose iPhone, Skype etc for making calls is there an option for the Ringcentral app.

I called zoho support and they weren't able to help me. I have a new employee who is forgetting to schedule follow up calls on his contacts. Zoho CRM -Deals Date stamp
I have a tab in Zoho CRM called Deals when we create a new 'Deal' the date and time shows up, but as a part of the Created by Field, so I do have the date and time, I can bring the Created by Field into a report but I cannot seem to run any reports where I can filter by date? Am I missing something?
