Zoho Forms - Stripe Save Card
Using Zoho Forms, integrated with Stripe, when someone fills out a payment form, are you able to have them saved as a customer in Stripe, with Credit Card info saved too?
Allowing users to select a "Remember my Particulars" option in Zoho Forms.
To be clear, we realize that some of this functionality can be achieved through pre-filled URLs, but I'm wondering if there's a way to achieve something similar without having to do that. Essentially, we send a link via email to several users to a form. The form can be filled in multiple times, and each time the user has to input their name and email address. So we're wondering if there might be a way to select a "Remember my details" option that causes the form to save the details the user entered.

Hi, I have a question... We have put iFrame forms on our website, that customers use most of the time, however if a customer rings with an enquiry, and one of our forms is the place we would send them, we will often open our website, navigate to the form page, fill it for them while they are on the phone. Google Sheets integration
Hey everyone, I'm using ZOHO forms to collect customer data and in return want to post that data on a website. I tried embedding the "report" from ZOHO forms which looks great BUT I need the form to pass through the approval process before it's seen live on the website. The report is shown immediately. Print on submit
We have a form, that I use in house (eg no customers use it ) that collect special instruction for personalising and a photo of the item to be worked on. All working fine. It will email, if we add email, inc attached pdf, etc. What I would like is... When the "submit" button is pressed, that we also send the pdf to our local printer, so we can physically attached a printed copy to the item. Is this possible? IP Address not being returned with form data
Hi, I have set-up a basic voting form for a photo competition and set to return IP address & Geo location but when I look at the forms completed these fields are not present? How do I get this to work. I wanted to check on multiple voting from same IP. Also has anyone experience of setting up a simple voting form for website and any tips? Thanks
Zoho Forms to Zoho Desk Integration - File Uploads/Attachments?
Both Zoho Forms and Zoho Desk have the ability for a customer to upload/attach a file using a web form, and there is built-in integration from Zoho Forms to Zoho Desk, but the uploaded file in Zoho Forms does not make it over to Zoho Desk. Am I missing an integration step or configuration? Or is the integration between these two Zoho apps just not complete or seamless (yet)?
Field hidden by rule does not capture value
Hi, I just discovered a weird behavior in Zoho Forms. I send a Forms that is propulated with hidden data through field alias (picklist 1, "Type" and picklist 2, "Who do you want to speak with?") The link looks like: link?picklist1=sumthing&picklist2=something Picklist 1 is hidden. If it's option one, then it shows picklist 2. If it's option two, it hides picklist 2. Country List - Shortlist & Phone Numbers
Hello I am creating a form for our new customers where we require the address and the form. Most of our customers are in the UK or Ireland. I don't want to put either specifically as the default country because it will be offputting to people in the other. I want to include the full country list, but it would be really helpful if United Kingdom and Ireland could be at the top of the list. Similarly, the same form has phone numbers. There is an option to default to a country or use the IP address
Error Message in zoho docs: The server has encountered an error
We have a spreadsheet in the zoho docs area. Only two collaborators on the sheet. We keep on getting a yellow line across the top of the spreadsheet that says "The server has encountered an error. Please try again later." While this error is up, I can still edit in the field, but I can't use any of the menu items. The spreadsheet is also agonizingly slow to edit and move. Is this a spreadsheet problem or a zoho problem? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Auto fill date plus 7 days in Zoho Form
Hi, Help or guidance please... We have a simple form, with a date picker used to select a customer requested date for an item to be ready by. However in most cases I want it to default to 7 days from now, eg it will be ready in 7 days from the date we fill in the form. I can't use Referrer Name in a form field or calculation
Thanks to Manish's help, I have now got the Referrer Name field to record the URL of the page that called up a form, e.g. https://domain/gated-content/?source=lbbo-department. I have a form that is requiring double opt-in though it is not configured. The form ultimately is supposed to pass data to marketing hub, but I cannot get it to go unless they confirm. I don't want that step included for this list, is that possible? I see this at the end of the double opt in configure window.....which makes me think it has to be configured?

Save and Resume Zoho Forms Email "from"
I have a form and i want the save and resube to be sent from my info@mydomain.com and not from my personal email. I have added the info email as my secondary mail. There is no user for this mail is just an email. In the notification template i have the option to choose the secondary address, but in the Save Form Link i have not. As you can understand i want the user to recieve mails from my company name info and not from my personal when he is saving a form. What is the solution here? Thanks

I was trying to set up a checklist module for each one of them to address the specific activities that has to be performed on each plant. Find Kiosk Mode on Mobile Forms - iOS
This took me DAYS to find. When I was trying to find the Kiosk Mode for my iPad, there was no obvious way to get into the edit screen. So, when you download the HTML version of a Zoho form and use that on your site (I do this because I don't want to create a new form every time I clone a page and there are more styling options), it appears UTMs stop working. Mandatory Checkbox for Individual Address Fields
