Not able to view Forms with Formula fields in iPhone
ISSUE: If I add a formula field in a Zoho Forms that form is no longer view-able on Iphone and get the following message.... "New Feature on the web are still under development in the app. You cant view them here, but we're working on it." When will this formula field be accessible on Iphone app? ETA please?
Issue with form using JScript
I have two webpages on my "test" website and I am using JScript to share two different forms via these pages. One form displays everything correctly and one does not, the forms have been shared in exactly the same way and the one which does not work is actually a "shorter" form than the one that does. I have couple of form shared to my team member. While one of them cannot be opened the rest can be opened in the Zoho form. The one that cannot be opened was indeed able to be opened and be submitted in the past. Field Rule Customisation
I have designed a form for collection of QC check data in a production floor. I have more than a dozen numerical field in one form to register for each samples. Is it possible to set a field rule that once the input figures meets a criteria the cursor should jump to the next field?. Hi there, I have a few questions. 1. How come Zoho payments doesn't allow cents but only accepts who dollar values? 2. When choosing payments, it only allowed a fixed dollar value. How do I changed it to variable? 3. How come I can't make form field rules with payments? Eg. Hi, When hitting submit, I would like to trigger the download of a file (external URL) + display a message to the user + send an email to the user. I also want to be able to set rules that the file is downloaded only if a certain choice is made in the form. Is this possible? Currently I only manage to either display a message or trigger the download and this case the browser stays with the form and doesn't change... Thanks, Karim

Even though IE 7 is not supported officially, can we see the form and sites created by Zoho applications at IE7? Some of people still use IE7 because of company IT security problem.

Editing a response
We have a "hidden" question in our form that we wish to have "office use only" by assigning a submission number. As the facility to automate numbers is not yet available we chose to have this as hidden question which we would manually complete using task: edit responses. It does allow us to enter a number BUT will not let us save unless all empty fields are completed. We only wish to edit one question not the whole response and not all questions are mandatory. How can we do this?

Hi Zoho Forum! I noticed that when creating a form that is linked to a custom module in Zoho CRM, the option to "approve" before creating the post isn't available from the form creation tool? Is there a command i can insert to enable this option?

As i understand it Zoho Creator has an auto number feature, is this available in Forms? I have a form that will be completed a number of times a day. I need to add a unique job number to each submitted form. Any way to achieve this? Thanks in advance

Is it possible to have Forms not create a duplicate account their is already a duplicate in the system? The standard behavior seems to be to create a new acct record. I don't see any settings to control this type of option.
bulk downloading/accessing of files uploaded using the file upload field
Hi, I am trying to review submissions where three files were uploaded. As of right now, the only way I see to download the submitted files is to click on them one at a time. I am able to download all selected submissions as a PDF or as a CSV file (although the CSV does not included the upload). My goal is to download the uploaded files all at once (or even better, have the files saved into a subfolder directly in Google docs as part of an integration). Is there something I am missing? Is this possible?

Cannot edit application after submiting
Dear All, I have submitted the a record as an Admin, unfortunately I cannot update that even after I changed the share settings to read/write on a report. Email notification to different address
Currently the email notification window has lots of options, but the notification (after a form is submitted) can only go to the primary account address. Is there a way to specify a primary address for each form, or send emails to other addresses associated with the profile? I have five addresses on the profile, but only the primary address shows in the notification window's "email ID" searchbox. Thanks

Duplicating Fields
When I create a form I sometimes have to create many dropdowns and often many of them are the same or simular, it would be very helpful if I could hover over a data field and duplicate it with all data intact. Name could change to something like (currentname(copy)) or something and then drop to the bottom.
importing data into dropdowns
When building a form and using a field with multiple choices ie dropdown list, you can view all the data in one place by hitting the show all data button but is there any way to replace that data with a copy and past? What I am trying to do is input 30 names in there at one time. Would be helpful if all these data objects could import data to create all the items.

Is there a way to hyperlink within the copy of a form? We want to give people access to other pages they can open in another tab while filling out our forms, but I don't see a way to do that. Am I just missing it?
Email notification to include data from form
I have a specific need to include data from the form in the email subject notification. An example would be a parts request form that collected Tech name from a dropdown field. I would want the subject to be Parts Request - Tech Name I tried using input.Tech which is the label of my test form but that did not work. Is this possible? Thanks!
