Notification - Location of visitors not recorded from 11am GMT on 23rd July 2018 to 9.30am GMT on 24th July 2018
We at PageSense constantly update our servers with new features and enhancements for the product. During one such update on 23rd July at 11am, we had an error which blocked us from recording the location of the visitors to the websites tracked using PageSense. We identified the issue and fixed it by 9.30am GMT on 24th July 2018. As a result of this, all your experiments will not be having the location details for the mentioned time period and you will not be able to segment the data by location in

Measuring Video Clicks
Dear PageSense Support, We have set-up the heatmap experiment on our website but it does not seem to measure clicks on our embedded videos. Is this something we can do? Thanks in advance, James
Not able to track clicks using heatmaps
Hi, I just started using your heatmap analytics tool to see how our app is responded by our users. On checking, it is receiving the no of visits and the visitors but it is often missing the taps/clicks done on the pages under the experiments. It is skewing my data in a huge way. CSS not loading in heat map view
I ran into a problem with two different websites where when I view the heat map experiment, the CSS for the page is not loaded under the heat map overlay. When going to the page directly, everything looks fine. The page also looks right on the Experiments page where a screenshot is used as the thumbnail... The sites are both WordPress websites. I've tried both the regular snippet and async. I'm hoping this has been seen before and there's a solution. Thanks!
Setting a page view limit per experiment
First off - this is great! It works better than my previous solution and is saving me a bunch of money, gotta love that. I'm not seeing this option anywhere... I would love to be able to set a cap on pageviews per experiment. Having to jump on to see where it's at all the time is going to be difficult. Especially when a site gets some media attention or social media traction and receives a ton of page views overnight. That could blow through the allotment without us knowing it and we'd be done for
