Overtime and Deviation Time carring over the next month
Hi, Our Employees can decide their own to do some Overtime or Deviation time in a month, and they just need balance Overtime or Deviation time in one of the next months. We don't pay Overtime in the end of the month and we don't reduce their salary in case of Deviation time, because the Employees have to balance in their own behaviour to be in the range of expected hours again within the upcoming months. At the moment, it looks that this is not possible in People, to carry over the amount of Overtime
