Sheets Templates
Our company has multiple excel templates that many people have access to use. When a user uses the template they must save it as something else to keep the template clean. I have created a template in sheets but I have not seen a way to keep it clean using sheets. How can we keep the template to remain clean after each use. i did not find a way to do that, when the sheet was closed out and reopened it had the previous use information in it and that is not what we want to happen. Indent?
How can we indent in a cell? Simply prepending spaces does not work, as they're stripped, and that isn't the right answer anyway. Zoho Docs reporting "Something went wrong and we're unable to generate a preview."
Since 2012. I've been using Zoho Docs to edit this spreadsheet and had no problem until couple of days ago. I can't open the document because I constantly get an error "Something went wrong and we're unable to generate a preview.". I've tried to press the download button but I've only got the message "Preparing to download..." which disappears after few seconds without initiating the download. Then I've tried to press "Open with Zoho sheet" and after pressing "Continue" button, again nothing happen.

[New Version of Spreadsheets] How to make text overflow into adjacent cells?
I recently changed to new version of spreadsheets, the team has done a excellent job! Now its much more responsive and faster while making changes . But I am having a big issue, all the cells are by default formatted to have no text overflow to adjacent empty cells . This has made my old spreadsheets look very different and not as it was intended at the time of creation. Is there any way to permit text overflow?
Slow sheets...WHY!?
PLEASE resolve my slow sheet issues? When I enter data it's like I have slow internet or something BUT I don't. I have a wired desktop with Gigabit data speeds. However, every entry is so slow! What's up?! I heard that sheets with too many cuts and pastes might be the issue. How to I refresh this or something? I can't last much longer operating like this! I'm about to find a microsoft or apple solution if you don't do something quick.
Why is the csv.-display from my file in Zoho different in compare to Excel?
Hello my dear community, I hope, you can help me with my question.:) Like you see in my two attached pictures, the display is different, although, it is the same file. Zoho Sheets - Spreadsheet loses cell borders by itself
Hi, I have an issue happening with one spreadsheet that is losing cell border formatting by itself. This spreadsheet is shared between some users, but they're not removing the formatting on the sheet, according to file history. For example, this morning the file had unfomatted cell borders (image attached to the post), and then like 5 hours after fixing the cell borders, they unformatted again. One page of sheet won't load
Hello, I have a Zoho Sheets file with two spreadsheet pages. The first page works fine, but starting about 2 weeks ago, the second sheet won't load. Does anyone know how to connect information in Zoho CRM to autofill within a Zoho sheet, like it would in Zoho forms? Filtering without other users seeing / view only mode?
I would like to find a setting that allows me to filter the spreadsheet without other collaborators seeing what I have filtered. I do not need to be able to change anything while in that view, just be able to see various filters without messing up their filters. Is there a way to do this?

Conditional Formating for times within 1 hour and times within 15 min
So on my spreadsheet I am documenting when upcoming changeovers are happening. so in the spread sheet I have a cell that just tells current time using the =now() formula. Then I enter in what time a change over is going to occur. What I want to happen is when the change over is an hour away from current time I want that cell to turn yellow then when the changeover is 15 min away from current time I want it to change red. I tried numerous formulas that i thought would work but did not.

I use the same sheet since some months ago but on last week sudenly if I mulitply any value with decimals like 71.1, the result is #VALUE! Hi all! I am experiencing a problem with the conditional formatting. I am building functionality into my sheet which has dates in columns, however the dates have been created via a formula such as TODAY(). The way it is supposed to work is that when certain dates are reached as time goes by, the fields are supposed to change from green to orange to red. Hi, Currently, there is no possible to create formatting rules with custom icons. Is it possible to create a rule as follows: e.g. a cell has the following value: 'https://zoho.com'. Hi, I would like to know what is required for simple pasting of data to Zoho Sheets. I am trying to copy from excel fields and HTML table from a website. I am using the latest release of Google Chrome for Windows 10. Most of my attempts are met with 100% fail (nothing is pasted). Text at 90 degree angle
I don't think you do this already, but our spreadsheets need the text to turn sideways so that it reads better. (It is a very detailed schedule, and if something is only one day it is only about one or two letters wide, so to keep it slick looking we need to turn the text sideways like you can in excel.)
