Timesheet Consolidation
During any given day a user can bounce between multiple projects. At the end of the day, and more likely after a few days I need to be able to update the company timesheet system. It would be nice to be able to either: 1) Preferably - enable the Timesheet to work across all projects that the user is assigned to. 2) Obtain a consolidated report of user timesheet entries for a day (or month).
auto-save problem
I noticed that when the app is auto-saving, it messes up the cell that you are currently in. If you've type something in the cell and you haven't yet hit return, when the auto-save comes on, it wipes out the cell contents. d3dtn01

Form Objects
Hey guys, If you get some spare time, it would be nice if you could add support for a couple form objects like radio buttons and checkboxes and up-down boxes. OpenOffice and Excel support form features like that where the form elements are linked to cells (ie up-down boxes change the cell's number, checkboxes toggle true or false). Since browsers have form elements built in, with a bit of Ajax, some hammering, 5 pots of coffee, 8 weeks, and a parrot, it shouldn't be too much of a pain to add this

Sharing
Is it possible to preserve sharing permissions for a file if I save it as a new document? I would like to be able to edit a shared document, save it with a new name but maintain the sharing set on the original. Regards, Neil neilbellingham
no way to set column width?
It's the first time I really try to use Zoho Sheet. Encounter this problem immediately. There seems to be NO WAY to set the column width (or row height) across a number of columns, except manually one by one. Or did I miss something?

Hi, It would be nice if you could allow creating desktop shortcuts or windows shortcut to a specific Zoho document. That way, opening a Zoho document would have the same user experience as opening any other document. This feature should be embedded into the writer/sheet plugin for office. This feature would spare the complicated procedure of opening Excel->Open Zoho Document, Find your document. Nir
Highlighted cells after inserting a row
I noticed that after I insert a row in Zoho sheet, all the cells below that row are highlighted yellow. This has occurred twice now.

Is it possible to support VBA macros created in excel. I and my colleagues use a lot of spreadsheets with macros in them but cant use them in ZOHO. Regards

Zoho Office plugin doesn\'t work in Excel
I installed the Zoho Office plugin on my desktop (XP Pro SP2). The installation went smoothly. The Zoho Toolbar shows up in Word. But it does not show up in Excel. It does not show up in the menu options for toolbars either. It's just plain absent. Uninstalling and reinstalling repeated times makes no difference. sumitkishore
Sync offline changes with online sheet
I have a sheet that I make changes to offline and need to sync with the online copy. When I open my offline copy in Excel I then login to Zoho with the add-in. If I use the add-in save feature it tells me that the file does not exist online, even though it is the same file with the same file name. I can upload another copy, but it is shared so I don't want to have to continue to re-invite viewers. Any suggestions? Thanks and great product!

Trouble with multipage sheets
When transferring a reasonably complex multipage sheet (attached) from Excel to Sheet (using both IE & Firefox) we find that date and other calculations are not correct.

Cannot upload from Open Office 2.2?
I just tried to upload a spreadsheet from Open Office 2.2, and it could not be done. I have uploaded a previous version of the same spreadsheet when I was still using Open Office 2.1. Is 2.2 not yet supported? Or is there something that I need to reset?
Entering long string of text in a cell
I noticed that when entering a long string of text in a cell, it doesn't wrap while one is typing, even if the cell is set to wrap. Once you enter the text, the text will display wrapped. But I like how in Excel, if you are entering long text, it will start wrapping while you type. d3dtn01
Click Cell to Add to a Formula
It appears that you can't just click a cell to add it to a formula. This is one of the most critical basic functions of spreadsheets. I created a simple formula =3+A2, but if I simply enter =3+ (then try to click on cell A2 to add it to the formula), it doesn't add A2 automatically and I get an Invalid error. Without this ability it takes 3x to 5x longer to create a complex formula. creativeinfluence
Copy/cut from sheet to sheet
I have great difficulties to select cut and paste a row or several cells from a sheet to another, sometimes nothing pastes, sometimes the source disappears and I can't paste it (lost) sometimes I paste a row I don't where it coms from but which is not the row I had cut. Thanks erwanc

No Word Wrap
I noticed that any sentences in Sheet - automatically word wrap in the cell. I have checked the word wrap button to make sure it is not on. I would like for my sentence to stretch across (multiple cells) with out having to change the width of the cell (just like excel). Is this possible?

Zoho Sheet Problems in Internet Explorer 7
I am seeing some problems with Zoho Sheet in IE7: 1. Rows resize sometimes for no apparent reason. 2. Cell A1 always cuts off text even with merge. 3. Can not see the right-click context menus. These are not an issue in FireFox 1.5.0.7
Hide columns
Hi, you did a great job with Zoho! It would be perfect for my purpose, but I need a little feature: Is it possible to give columns a width of 0 to hide them? (and make them visible later by selecting the column before and after the hidden column? At the moment only a width of 1 is possible but thats still too much for me ^^ Thank you! Hi! We think your products are incredible. We've used Creator and Sheets for a couple of days, and We're hooked.
