【Zoho CRM】通話タブ / ホーム画面に関するアップデート

ユーザーの皆さま、こんにちは。コミュニティチームの中野です。
今回はZoho CRM アップデート情報」の中から通話タブホーム画面のアップデートを紹介します。

 

1、通話タブのアップデート

本アップデートにより、通話タブ>各種設定で、発信元番号と発信先番号を表示/非表示を調整できるようになり、通話タブに、[発信元番号]と[発信先番号]の項目を追加できるようになりました。

 



 

Alert

 注意点:

・電話連携が有効な場合、[発信元番号]および[発信先番号]項目は通話のレイアウトに自動で追加され、通話タブ>各種設定で、発信元番号と発信先番号が有効になります。 

 これらの項目が必須項目として設定されている場合、無効にすることはできません。 

 ・予約カレンダーの場合、[発信先番号]項目を有効にすることは必須です。 




 

2、ホーム画面のアップデート

 

Zoho CRMのホーム画面で未完了の活動一覧を表示できるようになりました。
選択した期間に応じて、タスク、予定、通話、予約などの未完了の活動を一目で確認できます。

従来の表示では、それぞれの活動が別の一覧として表示されていましたが、本アップデートにより、すべての活動を統一して管理しやすくなりました。


設定

未完了の活動の一覧の右上隅にある設定アイコンをクリックして、未完了の活動、遅延中の活動、今後の終日の予定とタスクの表示方法をカスタマイズできます。

デフォルトでは遅延中の活動が常に最初に表示されるのでご注意ください。


活動情報のカスタマイズ  

項目管理セクションから、一覧に表示する活動情報をカスタマイズできます。以下画像の通り、活動の一覧に表示する項目を選択できます。


 


本アップデートは、現在、一部のユーザーのアカウントでのみ利用可能です。 
今後、段階的にすべてのユーザーのアカウントで利用できるようになる予定です。
