Get contextual Bigin data inside Zoho Mail with the all-new eWidget

Greetings,

Email is essential for business communication, whether with customers or prospects. If you're using Zoho Mail to manage your communications and Bigin as your CRM, the eWidget extension enables you to access information from your Bigin contacts directly within Zoho Mail. Even if someone isn't yet on your Bigin contact list, you can easily add them from Zoho Mail using the eWidget.

Previously exclusive to Gmail, this feature is now available for Zoho Mail, providing contextual information about your Bigin contacts directly in your email.

Here's what you can do with this eWidget:

Contextually view all the information from Bigin related to an email sender, like pipeline records, activities, notes, and more without leaving Zoho Mail.
Add someone as a Bigin contact from Zoho Mail.
Add a note to a Bigin record, edit it, or schedule activities with your Bigin contacts.
Insert a Bigin email template into your Zoho Mail composer.

Let's say you receive an email from an individual inquiring about your company's offerings and pricing. Integrating Zoho Mail with Bigin through the eWidget, you can quickly determine if the sender's email address matches an existing contact or represents a new contact. If they're a new contact, you can add them directly to Bigin from Zoho Mail.

For existing contacts, the eWidget displays their contact details, related pipeline records, and any relevant notes.

You can update their information or add new notes about their inquiry directly from Zoho Mail. Additionally, you can respond using Bigin's email templates from the Zoho Mail composer.

Note:

You can make changes to a contact's details only if you have the required profile permissions in your Bigin account.
