Add Prebuilt "Partner Finder" Template with Native Zoho CRM Integration in Zoho Sites To: Zoho Sites Product Team

We hope you're doing well.

We would like to request a prebuilt "Partner Finder" template for Zoho Sites, modeled after your excellent implementation here:

✅ Use Case:

Our organization manages a network of certified partners/contractors in Zoho CRM and would like to:

  • Showcase them in a public-facing, searchable, and filterable directory on our Zoho Sites website

  • Pull the data directly from Zoho CRM, where we already maintain partner information

  • Allow customers to:

    • Browse by country, product, service area, etc.

    • View full partner profiles with descriptions, tags, and service information

    • Submit reviews or star ratings (with admin moderation)

  • Have a ready-to-use layout with cards, filters, and detail pages — just like your current Partner Finder


💡 Current Alternative (Workaround):

We understand this is currently possible using Dynamic Content and manual code setup:

However:

  • The process requires writing Deluge scripts, embedding HTML and CSS, and managing data connections manually.

  • This is highly technical and not practical for many users — especially small teams or non-developers.

  • Most importantly, there is no native CRM integration UI inside Zoho Sites to easily choose a CRM module/view as a data source.


🙏 Feature Request Summary:

We kindly request that you:

  1. Provide a ready-made “Partner Finder” template in Zoho Sites

  2. Add a native integration panel inside Zoho Sites settings to connect to Zoho CRM modules/views directly (without code)

  3. Include built-in features for:

    • Filtering by location, service, category

    • Displaying partner profiles in card format with full details

    • Customer reviews and star ratings

    • Moderation of reviews or user submissions


🎯 Why This Matters:

  • Many Zoho customers already use Zoho CRM to manage partners — the next natural step is to showcase them publicly.

  • Providing this natively inside Zoho Sites would:

    • Drastically reduce development time

    • Avoid writing custom code

    • Encourage more adoption of Zoho Sites as a public web platform for CRM data

  • Since Zoho has already built this for internal use, we believe it's technically feasible and would be widely appreciated.
