Imagine no more sifting through hundreds of records in the shifts module. Just a single glance to see exactly who's on the clock for the week. Previously, finding scheduled temps required filtering the "All Temps" view. Now, "Scheduled Temps" is a dedicated space, showcasing only temps with shifts during the selected week.

All Temps View

Default
This view lists all temps present in the databases, regardless of their schedule availability.

With job filter
Users can also filter this view based on specific jobs, allowing for a more intricate analysis of all temps across different jobs.

Scheduled Temps View

Default
This new view specifically showcases temp workers who have scheduled shifts within the selected week range. The focus is on providing a targeted and streamlined display, ensuring quick access to relevant scheduling information.

With job filter
Users can also filter this view based on specific jobs, allowing for a more intricate analysis of scheduled temps across different jobs in the opted-for week range.
