We’re here to share a few updates and enhancements in Zoho Meeting. Here's what we've been working on lately: Request to unmute feature, video feeds pagination, change layouts in audio conference, remember devices in webinar, suggest recording to host/co-host, and other updates that you’ll find useful.

Request to unmute

Meeting participants might mute themselves to ensure that there are no disturbances or background noises coming from their side. Un-muting a participant without their consent is a violation of privacy. However, the host can use the new Request to unmute feature to request participants to unmute themselves to share their thoughts during meetings. Learn more

View up to 250 video feeds

You can now view up to 250 video feeds at once on multiple pages. This allows you to see your meeting participants in a gallery view when you’re scrolling through pages.

Change layouts in audio session

There are several video layouts available during your meeting. You can choose one to change the number of participant video feeds you see on your screen based on the size of your browser window or the meeting content.

Suggest recording to host/cohost

We now provide a pop-up suggestion to alert the host/co-host if the session needs to be recorded after the meeting has started but they have not initiated the recording.

Other Zoho Meeting and Webinar updates

Original audio setting in meeting

The original audio setting allows users to preserve original sound from their microphones without the use of echo cancellation or other audio enhancements.

Remember devices in webinar

With the remember devices feature, users can retain the audio/video pairing of their system for consecutive sessions.

Mobile app updates

Android

We have incorporated the following features and enhancements into the Zoho Meeting Android app:

Request to unmute in Meeting
Meeting polls
Anonymous Q&A in Webinar
Privacy and security enhancements like rooted device alert, recording consent, and session expiry.

Bug fixes

We have done some bug fixes related to the audio sessions going to sleep if there is no interaction on the page and editing/deleting occurrences in Zoho and Google Calendar.

Zoho Meeting is included in Zoho One now!
Hello Everyone, For those who waited for the integration of Zoho Meeting with Zoho One, here is the good news. The integration has been completed and you can now add the Zoho Meeting application in your Zoho One portal. Edition included in Zoho One License You will get Enterprise plan of Zoho Meeting, using which you can host online meetings with up to 100 participants and webinars with up to 100 attendees. Zoho Meeting Updates: Bug Fixes in Meetings and Webinars, and Desktop App Enhancements
Hi there, We hope you are all safe and well. Following our previous feature release, we have added some enhancements and bug fixes for the improved functioning of Zoho Meeting. Let's take a look at last month's updates: Online meeting updates The microphone button remained active even when a user switched to phone audio. This issue has been fixed. An error caused the microphone status of participants to be wrongly displayed in the meeting toolbar and the attendees list.This issue has been fixed.
